We had a pretty nice stay. The hotel staff was helpful, the beach is a few blocks away, and the neighborhood is quiet. For us the most important thing was the price and we were able to get a good deal on the rooms. We thought there would be separate beds but instead they were just beds big enough for two people, which was fine.

I stayed there for 2 nights at room number 228 both days WiFi was not working and when I complained about it I got no help from the staffs. Rest all great near to the bus station and beach.

Was here for the SIGEP exhibition in Rimini. I didnt see a 3 star hotel here. More to an inn or maybe a 1 or 2 star hotel. Room was very small and basic. The hotel is a bit dated and has a feeling of a large .... hostel, but apart from that, it was clean, decent size room, all facilities, good breakfast and very nice staff ... maybe possible to get something cheaper but overall good stay! I would stay there again

Was there for an convention, Lorenzo was a great host, made us feel comfortable. Remini is a small town but all information that we need were provided. He also gave a great recommendation for food. We will definitely stay there and recommend to anyone. Near the beach n great views..

Simple small rooms, pool along the street, bar with bike storage, and only breakfast restaurant which was only ok. Next to beach means there’s another bar/restaurant and street between. Insane disco noise from the beach Friday and Saturday until 4am. Other 3* hotels looked better, and there may be much better areas along the Rimini coast.

A family run hotel which is 15 minute walk to the railway station and may be 10 minutes to the beach. Nice modern and clean rooms. You can 'book' a meal that night if you don't feel like going out to dinner in a restaurant. this hotel is located in a residential neighborhood so it is quiet.

Overall experience was pleasant and comfortable. We attended the Rimini Fiera, a shuttle bus was available at the hotel but we had our own transport. Very nice hotel close to the beach, great customer service, very good breakfast.

The room was not very clean. There was a "chair" on the balcony that looked like 100yo. The shower could not be closed, so there was water all over the bathroom. The toilet was rusty. Wifi didn't reach our room, we had to come downstairs (from 3rd floor). But the personnel was nice to us, even though they were not fluent in English.

the hotel was opposite side of the city center, but you can walk there. As I went there in March, it was not clowded, and I enjoyed my stay.

I stayed here one year ago and it was pleasant....but it has been sold to people who barely speak Italian and who have no idea. the breakfast is now minimal and the service sullen and unhelpful. That it is modern and without charm will always remain but as it is now I shall never return

Comfortable, simple cooking facilities, washing machine available at a small fee, 1 minute walk to the beach, 10 minutes walk to the train station, lots of cafes, restaurants in the surrounding blocks and great Wi-Fi.

It's in front of the railway station though you might miss it if you do not pay attention. The bus stop for San Marino and shuttle to Bologna airport is just at the doorstep of the hotel. It is also not too far from the sights of Rimini. Hotel is a bit run down. Airconditioning was not the best but is comfortable for a good nights rest. No fridge and no tea/coffee make...

A very nice clean & comfortable hotel. A wonderful breakfast and the hotel is near the beach. 15 minutes walk to the train station. Public bus and of course taxi.

Lovely host, very friendly and gave many local recommendations. There were some language limitation, however not an issue as we could understand. Clean rooms. Location is near the beach front, but a short drive from the city for the food.

We stayed there for the MOTOGP at Misano, we extended our stay. Very close to San Marino for a day excursion, day excursion to the old part of Rimini, you have many restaurants in this area and on the bus line for both Rimini and Misano. I would recommend this to anyone, it is family run

Friendly stuff. Room was great: nice design, convenient, new and clean. Big and comfortable bathroom. Fridge. Free WiFi (but low signal). Additional pillows but no blanket at all, thin sheet only. Location is good ONLY for car travellers. It's on the road between Rimini and San Marino. Big free parking. Breakfast is poor and disappointment. Generally - good hotel.
