"The first staff we spoke was friendly and accommodating so as the last one before we left but the latter cannot speak English and cannot provide us any information on the best way to get to Narita airport. Room was neat but very small. I can' t believe the bath tub fit in the tiny bathroom. The only thing we're disappointed was that it was very far from the main tourist attractions like Shibuya or Harajuku. We had to add around 1000 yen per day since it' s the MRT fare is a little expensive."

"This hotel has an excellent location because it is next to the Hashimoto station making it highly accessible (within 30 to 75 minutes) to popular areas around Central Tokyo such as Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ueno, Ginza, etc. Choices of affordable fast food, "semi-fast food" and fancy restaurants, an abundance of convenience stores, supermarkets and department stores are within a 1 km radius. They have very clean facilities and incredibly polite and helpful staff. Unfortunately, there is no restaurant inside the hotel that's why it does not offer any breakfast to begin with. But as mentioned, the choice of establishments nearby should do the trick. Please note as well that this is a business hotel, meaning it is best for people who travel light. However, it still worked for us despite having our younger children (big luggages, strollers, etc.) during our two-week stay."

"I was doing a road trip in the area, there isn't much hotel to choose from the area, yet I really needed a stop and a good night sleep. Hotel Wing is located in the town area, nearby there is convenience store and some restaurant. Although this hotel may not be the best ones I stayed (in terms of facilities), I had a good night sleep there. Staff there are friendly and helpful. Free Parking available"
