Despite the weather giving the absolute worst of itself, the Loch Fyne Hotel was still well worth the visit. The spa facilities provided an ideal refuge from the inclement conditions outside, and after a hard day's relaxing, the restaurant offered top-flight locally sourced food, imaginatively prepared and presented. Only tiny quibble is that such a good restaurant should feel the need to indulge in that great British malaise of using screwtop wine.

We had a very pleasant stay in Bramblesof Inveraray. We occupied the garden suite suited for our 5 members family (2 adults, 2 kids and a baby). The room was quiet and very huge, with a large double bed and a separate room with 2 single beds and a baby cot bed. It was very clean and well decorated. The beauty products were of high quality and tea, coffee biscuits were offered in the room, a gesture we appreciated. The breakfast was excellent and the young and dynamic staff was welcoming, considerate and professional. They were of good advice for restaurants and visits to do all around.
