"It was a very nice hotel - clean and beautiful with friendly staff and delicious breakfast, but the rooms and the elevators were too small. The hotel was located in a new town and the environment was really good. The only regrets were the small rooms and its location. It is far away from other bigger cities. It takes a long time to go Tokyo and the public transportation fare can be expensive. "

"I just wanted to find a small hostel near Narita airport, not in Tokyo center. A good alternative if you are looking for somewhere to stay out of busy cities. The place clean and beautiful, with small nice local Japanese restaurants and supermarkets around.I was impressed and had a good time even though I only stayed for a day. My only problem was that I had to carry a 24 kg suitcase from the station to the hostel. The distance is not far and actually quite enjoyable through the town, but damn it was an uphill. So by the time I arrived, I was exhausted! and the clerk just let me wait like an hour before checking in.(As the hostel rule) He was polite and spoke perfect English, nothing wrong. but I mean, if I were him, I would have let me check in a bit earlier cuz it was obvious that I was sweating and burned out. Nothing difficult. But it just didn't happen.I guess it's just Japanese culture- punctuality, keeping promise, not offering more than necessary, keeping distance and such.I understand it but as I'm living in Spain, where people are forward, affectionate, and heart-warming, it was just a bit different."
