The red Lion Hotel is for us for the first time in Salt Lake City an amazing adventure. We had never sleep in a hotel with such nice and good beds. The service in the restaurant on the 13 th floor was very good .The meals are very good . For the breakfast the restaurant on 1 level was also good and the ordering was complete good . As a female solo traveler I checked in at 12:30 a.m. and was given a room that was farthest away from the front desk, requiring a walk across a large open, snowy, outdoor courtyard in the dark with a very large suitcase. After making it across the courtyard I could not find an elevator and had to haul the suitcase up the stairs. The next morning after looking for the elevator in the daylight I was told by housekeeping that there is no elevator. It seems the front desk could have explained that at the time of check-in. Even better, it seems they could have given me a room on the ground floor closer to the front desk, or at least have been apologetic about not being able to have done so, although it did not appear that all the ground floor rooms were booked. Perhaps it was because I booked using Booking.com at a discounted rate. The room I was in also had a loud buzzing noise coming from the bathroom heater, which could not be turned off. It made it difficult to sleep.

First, I had to call the hotel 4 different times to confirm late check-in. For some reason the front desk guy couldn't leave a note in my file; I had to call after shift change. When we went to bed that night, we couldn't get the heater to turn on, and the beds only had sheets. We looked for extra blankets in closets, but found nothing. We then called the front desk four times in the next 20 minutes, but no one ever answered. By then it was 1 am, so we put on our extra socks and sweatshirts and went to sleep.

Breakfast was great and had many choices, which was a plus. They wanted to charge us extra for breakfast even though my booking said it was included, so make sure you have a receipt of your booking. My little one needed to have milk warmed up but there are no microwaves in the rooms which was a big bummer for us. The only microwave was downstairs in the breakfast area and it was a tiny old one that took forever to warm anything up. Another disappointment was that there was no hot tub. The pool was ok but the hot tub is a must for our stay and we were disappointed that we missed that when booking. Not sure we will come back to this hotel but we did the best with the situation this time.

We booked this hotel because it had a 4 star rating and it was a good price. It was not 4 star in my opinion and I would not stay there again. The hotel is on the corner of the main street which is great if you came to see the city but they didn't take into account parking. There is no place to park on the street and there is not parking lot. There is a parking garage next door which they charge you an additional $8 a day to use and it does not have direct access to the hotel so do not park on the upper levels or you will be carrying your baggage all the way back down. The rooms are clean which is nice but the coloring is ugly. The rooms are small and not well insulated so you can hear every noise that your neighbor makes. The hotel has a big gift shop and a restaurant right next door but for the price they should have included a continental breakfast. I could have paid the same price at a hotel near by and got a free breakfast, which I will do next time. 2 star hotel at best.

Positive side: Hotel room is good with all furnitures that we need - 2 tables, 2 chairs, fridge. Parking/Wifi is free. In general worth the price we paid. Negative side: Safe is locked so we cannot use it - what's the purpose of having the safe in the room? There is no microwave oven in the room; and when we requested for it during the check in, the staff told us that there are some rooms with microwave oven but she doesn't know which one has: this is very disappointing, shouldn't they have such simple information somewhere in their system, or it was just that she didn't want to help check? Anyway, we used the shared oven and it's better than nothing.

This is not a Hotel, it’s a shame and Wyndham resort should take its name away from this establishment.Me and my family had the worst experience! When we arrive there many other guest visually upset asking for there money back! sing post in lobby stated pool was Close!!!! for over six months! When I mention to agent that it did not state this fact in the internet! He replied “oh really” Lobby smelled and look dirty Room smell of cigarettes smoke and smell dirty! I am only grateful for getting s full refund.

Very nice touch to have chocolate chip cookies, sugar cookies, and fruit-flavored ice cold water to welcome guests in the lobby. It was a very nice touch when we arrived from the airport. The breakfast was great, with a variety of hot breakfast food (sausage, scrambled eggs & cheese, waffles), and cold ones (e.g., yogurt, broiled eggs). I had the best chocolate muffin I've ever had at a hotel because it was super moist and fresh.

The Comfort Inn at Draper Utah was very clean and comfortable to stay at. The staff were very friendly and it is indeed, only steps away from the Cowabunga water park with Hotel courtesy passes available for only 10 bucks. The only two reasons I couldn't rate them any higher would be that the rooms, beds, tv.... were just a tad on the small side and we sort of tripped over one another quite a bit while there. Secondly, the AC in the room just barely kept up with the outside temps and they were only in the 80-90 deg f range... It ran pretty much full time even at night just to barely keep up... Had it been any hotter, I'd have been uncomfortable.

Crappy coffee. Was worried about incidentals because one side of the headboard fell off. One bed was very odd in room 228, seemed like someone snatched the springs out of one side of the bed. It just sunk in like a sponge. Some stains on the sheets. Coffeeaker emitted strange algae like substance. Not healthy. However, front desk guy was probably NOT an idiot. Thank you, and God speed.

Booked a nonrefundable room and paid a month ahead via Agoda. After checked in, the counter locked our room key and claimed that my previous credit card is failed and needed to pay again by another card. The staff guarantee the previous card wasn't charged so I paid. After finishing the trip I found out the previous card was actually charged and same did another card. I called the hotel and they said it's Agoda's problem, they couldn't find any done payment from my reservation record. I called Agoda customer service, agoda said it's hotel's problem. I provided all the document needed to agoda ten days ago, still the payment haven't refunded. I called agoda again and their respond is "the hotel didn't pick up the phone nor respond our email" WHAT??!! Is that an answer to a customer???? Terrible experience! Terrible hotel and terrible Agoda customer service!!!!!

Extremely nice hotel with awesome views. It was out of the way for where I thought I needed to be but that's my issue. Staff was incredibly friendly. Checkin was a breeze and quick. When outside, the views are incredible. Fairly close to all types of food. Breakfast was good. Hotel seemed newer but extremely clean. The room was a little different from the picture but still very roomy. The large TV was just great even at a good distance while watching it on the couch in my suite. The comforter was just to die for. The mattress was a little hard for my taste but again that's my issue. If I had any gripe it would be the water pressure in the shower and because I smoke, the ashtray and disposal for cigarette was over fll and I like to throw my butts away properly and not on the ground. Overall, I had a really good stay.

What a find this place is. Everything was above and beyond starting at the front counter being greeted by Holani who was extremely helpful and genuine. The rooms are spacious, clean and they have gone the extra mile with additional small comforts . Bed great, food was a bonus as you were provided with drinks and nibbles at 5pm and then a hot breakfast the next morning. I have no hesitation in recommending The Homeward Suites to any traveller.
