On the internet i was charged $33.15 but when I reached there it turned out to be $70.00 per night. For that price I could have stayed at a 5star hotel.

The light in the room was broken. Then they fixed it after asking twice. At first there was no hot water. After complain they fixed it. They didn't give us any blanket. Then we went to the reception and took it by ourselves. In my opinion they didn't prepare the room for guest before our arrival.

The hotel is ideal if you have an event at the Conference Center. It is also opposite a shopping center. However it is far from the beach. Staff does not have second language skills and restaurant menu is quite simple

Location is excellent,very close to the Pelhourino. Nice location by the sea and sea views from many rooms, facilities quite basic but adequate, and not far from the neighborhood of Rio Vermelho, which has many good bars and restaurants. Particularly enjoyed sitting on the rooftop for breakfast

Amazing view of the ocean, with fantastic sea breezes. Very helpful staff. A short walk (on hot sand!) to the beach. Some reasonable simple restaurants and grocery store nearby. A great place to stay.

The room was looked a bit different than the photo, but was comfortable enough for sleeping. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of food, but was half empty both days I arrived, not to mention all the tables were filled with dirty dishes. I think they just need more help during the busier times to keep up with demand.

Very tranquil place

After checking in I notified reception that my room safe wasn´t working. After SIX reminders and having waited EIGHT hours they finally fixed the Problem. On the second day the A.C. broke down. It wasn´t repaiared, nor was I offered another room. Staff at reception totally ignorant and fully incompetent. Won´t be staying there again, ever.

This is definitely only a hostel; and certainly of poor standard for the cost of stay. Rooms can only be accessed by steep wooden stairs; and the spartan, cell-like accommodation is unclean. Very interesting hotel for families and people who would like some calm. Also interested if you would like to profit from the beach.

The Pousada Encanto De Itapoan Hotel was just what we had hoped for in accommodation near to the beach. A quiet but convenient location that was also very near to the bus route to the popular beaches some 10-15 minutes away. Convenient also to airport; and a welcome relief in comparison to other accommodations in Salvador itself.

We needed to find a hotel for one night near the airport and were very pleasantly surprised by the staff, the amazing buffet and the lovely beach, at such an affordable price. Next time we'll stay Longer.

This is the best hotel which I have stayed in Brasil. Close to sea and everything in the hotel are clean and new. The pool is also nice to refreshment. Anyway the inside the room can be seen from the bus running outside...

Nice and kind hotel service...... and good atmosphere! I can use "Internet Cafe(1F)" from 10:30p.m. to 9:00a.m. without fee and it is very useful to work. Especially I satisfied the price using mini bar because it is the cheapest that I have stayed other hotels(Sonesta, Golden Tulip, Vila Bahia, Calhua) in brazil.

I booked Hotel DeVille for a business trip and was pleasently suprised on how nice the rooms were. The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms size was great. The dining at the hotel was subperb as well as the ammenities (bar, pool table, work out facility, pool area)

The hotel is clean and well maintained but has a few small issues that need fixing - shower was luke warm and the wifi didn't work. Great breakfast and very central location.
