"Value for money—- Yes if you get it on discounted rate. If normal rate, it would be a bit unreasonable Location—- perfect. Cleanliness- we always get a clean room so far Staff- housekeeping is always good in our experience. Front desk, some of them need some customer service training. There’s no gym, but there’s a pay gym nearby Wifi— always weak inside the rooms. Hope they work on this because there are business travellers who need to work inside their rooms too. Key Cards— I don’t understand why they can only provide 1 key card per room. Hope they could work on this too. Parking— there are slots at the back of the building. Pass by the gantry on the right side of the lobby. Fridge— these don’t work. At all. But despite all those, this is still the best hotel in San Fernando so far. "
