As a family who loves to travel, we are always on the lookout for nice yet affordable places to stay in. I must say, their hotel has given us a way-beyond-expectation kind of hospitality. The food, especially their filipino dishes is one of the highlights of our stay. We have enjoyed every meal that made us look forward to and be excited about ordering our next meal. We enjoyed bragging about their food to our relatives and friends who was also captivated by the tastes when they stayed with us for 1-2 nights. The rooms gave us comfort and we felt at home. Provided us a restful night after a hot and busy day. Lastly, their awesome team. From managers (shout out to Mr. Eric!) to the security guards. I can't think of any negative thing to say about them..not that there's any... we are in awe! They go beyond their call of duties in order to serve your clients. They gave us that VIP treatment everytime we walk pass the corridor, hang in the lobby, eat at the cafe and a bonus of letting us play with the piano! They are courteous, helpful, approachable and sensitive to our needs. They always look for ways to be pleasant to us and/or to the other guests. We wish we could have stayed longer but we know we will be back for sure. Choose Zen when you are in Santiago City. You will never be disappointed.

The hotel is strategically located in the center of the city where a lot of places can be explored. It is near malls, restaurants, and schools which is perfect for business or even improptu travel. The facilities are quite well and organized. The staff are friendly and are easy to communicate with. A problem that can be encountered is the limited picks for the food and slow preparation of the food in the hotel restaurant, but other restaurants and/or fast food chains are near the hotel. Overall, the quality of the service given is very satisfactory.

The hotel is clean and quite big, considering it's location. Their staff are at all times courteous and helpful. They have a dedicated restaurant with it's own building structure, and they serve decent and reasonably priced food, fit to nourish any weary traveller. Their parking is ample, well-lit and secure. They have a clean swimming pool with a nice pool side bar to boot. The hotel also operates a nail & foot spa and a 24 x 7 convenience store with instant food products, booze and other essential groceries. And their wifi is strong and readily available, in most parts of their property. Almost forgot to mention that they also operate Zen Hotel which is about half a kilometer (or less) away, also along the national highway (didn't have the time to check this second property out though.). 3K Hotel is professionally run and i'd gladly return to this hotel with my family in tow, when my future travels take me again to Santiago City.
