"I stayed at this property in early November 2014 while travelling on business. The hotel in terms of comfort and facilities met all of my expectations and more. I will return. One minor point - the staff at the front desk need additional training on guest relations. I have no problem with reserve but the lack of welcome at different times of the day was not what I would expect from a Tunisian hotel. "

"Great location next to the port and in a busy commercial shopping area and very close to the Medina and other main sites. The hotel is basic but clean and comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful. Wifi didn't work well for us but I had a local SIM card with data and just used that. Breakfast was served in a little room next to the office, early enough for our departure onward to el Djem. Room rate is lower if you don't book online but worth it to ensure we had a room, although it did not seem full during our stay. We could hear the conversations from adjacent rooms so not very soundproof, but OK for us. Excellent seafood meal at the nearby La Sirene, a friendly family restaurant, down on the port across the railway tracks. "
