"This place is so cute with such a boutique-y hotel feel. The courtyard is awesome with plenty of space to sit, relax, dine, play cards - you name it. There is also a ping pong table along with two BBQ grills for guests to use while staying at the Captiva Beach Resort. It's a short distance to the beach from the rooms along with the pool just outside of the resort which is shared with the other resorts right in the area - not over crowded - and our experience was just fantastic. Really recommend the south end of Siesta Key/Crescent Beach when staying there. It's walkable to coffee, Captain Curt's, Sniki Tiki, 7-11, post office, etc. Take the trolley to the Village and forget about your car during your stay. You don't need it. "

"a very good surprise after we checked in. only a few minutes walking from the siesta beach, best beach we'd ever visited. room is clean and bigger than we expected. only 2 concerns: 1. we tried to book from agoda, submission was successful but later on found not able to complete. we still chose this hotel and even with the increased room price, it is still worthwhile. 2. the hotel rooms are scattered around the area, we took a few minutes time before we were able to locate the registration office. we will come back to this hotel with a bigger family later on!"

"The Capri is a beautiful hotel, the staff are fantastic and it was spotless! Small things like complimentary beach towels and chairs meant a lot to us, as we were only there for one night so this saved us a lot of time and money. The room was plenty big enough for the 3 of us and the kitchenette was better equipped than the 4 bedroom villa we had just rented in Orlando! We will be going back."

"We are Floridians from Palm Beach County and we’re on a road trip to the Siesta Key area. Favorable was the cleanliness and obvious renovations to Unit 3. We had our own car so we found the location convenient to town and the beaches. Downside was visiting the area in May - “love bugs.” Additionally, the A/C, while functional was not truly effective. There was no AC vent in the bedroom. Instead there was a fan in the wall to transfer cool air from the living room. The pool was murky for the three days we were there so we didn’t use it. Did not see the interiors of the other units. One last note, bring personal hygiene items since daily maid service is not provided. Overall, a spacious, clean and recently renovated unit located on a waterway and accurately described on property website. Better AC and cleaner pool would have moved my rating to “excellent.” "
