The staff here were very friendly and accommodating. The pub is now reception and another building the hotel so leave bags in the car until checked in and select pub when calling.

we stayed here as a couple on new years eve and we got a taxi into stirling town to go out to a couple of pubs then up to the castle to watch the fireworks. hotel ordered us a taxi which came on time and it only cost about to get into town. we managed to get a taxi back after the bells at a similar cost. reception staff very helpful. bar open until 2am i think. beds w...

Only 4 lodges in this area. 2 bedrooms and a big living room combined with a open space kitchen. Pony riding is offered Saturday and Sunday, but it was possible to do it on Friday, because we left on the same day. Very friendly staff because of this. The inside and especially the outside area for kids are well-kept.

The barn lodge is in a good location to all tourist attractions and motorway access. The owner was friendly and helpful . The room was basic but clean. Our stay was very enjoyable and won’t hesitate to recommend or stay again.

From beginning to end my husband and I were delighted with stirling and our choice of B & B, Stirling Castle was wonderful, history brought to life (take the guided tour and good walking shoes) Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay began with our inability to drive down the street which is the address of the hotel. It has limited hours that it is open to traffic, and the booking information says nothing about needing to snake your way through narrow one-way streets to reach a back parking lot which may or may not have a space for you. We wish we could have stayed here longer. stirling is such a cool city! This hotel was great, we loved our upstairs room that looked out over the street. Great location, easy walking to shops and restaurants and castle.

Very comfortable accommodation with a wonderful hostess who goes out of her way to make you have a great stay. The breakfast is outstanding especially the home made bread. It is located beside the Castle and there is private parking. The views from the guest lounge are outstanding.

I stayed here for a night, the staff, common area and location everything was great about this hotel perhaps the best hostel in Stirling.

Being situated in the middle of the campus of the University of Stirling, it was a little harder to find than most, but GPS worked fine and got us there. The staff is super helpful, the food is first rate, and the rooms were modern and clean. Close to the Wallace Monument, too. We loved our short stay at this hotel.

This place is fantastic! It is the nicest place we stayed during our 14 day trip around Great Britain. It had everything we needed, was super spacious and immaculately clean. I would love to stay here again!
