Lovely building and grounds, nice rooms with great bathrooms/showers. Food was fantastic and the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Would definitely return again. We used the hotel on the last leg of our North Coast 500 tour as a little treat/touch of luxury after a week of mixed accommodation. We thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend it without hesitation.

Staff were helpful and friendly, the receptionist was very helpful in the evening. We had an issue with the room kettle but that was sorted straight away. Breakfast was a good and the breakfast team were friendly, helpful and chatted to all the people who stayed over night. Location was also very nice and enjoyed a good morning walk in the local area

Healthy Breakfast helpful staff

We have stayed here a few times now and have always enjoyed it. We always get a warm welcome and so does our dog. The evening meal in the dining room is great value for money. I am vegetarian and my husband cant eat wheat but our diets are well catered for. Followed by coffee by the fire in the lounge makes a really nice evening. Will be back.

Our hosts Sue and Stuart were very friendly and helpful. They gave us local information and accommodated our desired breakfast time. The house is peaceful, well appointed and we had everything that we needed. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Would highly recommend.
