"The facilities are sub- standard for the price. Broken air-conditioning, faulty door lock, no hot water, no complimentary tea or coffee or kettle, underwhelming breakfast, and very noisy as the pool is in the centre of the building, and the rooms are not well insulated from sound. The breakfast is also underwhelming, and the staff reception/ restaurant staff extremely dismissive and rude. There are far better options in Tarapoto for half the price."
