"All the staff were delightful from the reception to the waiters and the bar staff at the pool bar and the clubhouse. The complex is very clean and the pools are very nice. Our one bedroom apartment was a little dated as far as the decor goes, but very comfortable with a good bathroom and shower, great beds and a huge patio with table, chairs and a parasol as well as two lovely sun loungers. This was one of the best equipped self-catering apartments I've every stayed in with dishwasher (as well as tabs provided) full sets of utensils and cutlery (nothing missing!!!) and a great array of cups, mugs, glasses and crockery! We would definitely return to this complex if we came back to Adeje - the apartments are in a great location just a minutes walk from the beach and an array of bars and restaurants. Thanks very much to all the staff there for making our stay so fab!"

"a decent three star plus hotel, with some aspirations towards 4 stars. nice garden next to it. relatively cheap, next to it is a similar construction for longer stay rentals. the negative points, no direct access to the beach, but it is not far away, slightly neglected in some small matters, too high - around 20 stories, one side facing the south and the sun, the other the ocean - cannnot have both. no sea water pool."

"Whilst a nice hotel with charming staff, it seems designed for only those who are retired. The dining rooms in the hotel are expensive and not of a good quality for what you are paying. The gardens are beautiful as is the spa but there is limited availability on anything you may want and the gym is sparse at best."

"Coming in Tenerife in february was an initial shock having the sensation of arriving in a ghetto of senior people (90% of tourists in the island?) but the hotel soon made us feel comfortable because it provides ample place to be alone with the person you care for. We were not fans of the common areas's design (lack of subtlety) but the rooms where extremely convenient and spacious and the extra-giant infinity pool gave us the impression of swimming in a crystal clear sea. It was a particularly pleasant sensation given the nice weather in the middle of winter. This hotel is not at the top on style or food (although very acceptable and providing lots of choice), but it left us with nice memories. It is also one of the best propositions in the island. The service also was very good."

" very good and polite staff who did their best in difficult circumstances as the hotel was being upgraded. we knew this before we arrived. but despite this we had a wonderful time. the food was very good at dinner but the pre-cooked dishes at breakfast were a little " tired". views of the stars that night were amazing as the night was clear and there was no light pollution. the hotel has its own telescope for the use of hotel guetst."

"When we arrived at the hotel and announced we had reservation, the reception man said the hotel was fully booked. This was a surprise for us as that evening we booked the room(ca 2 hours before arrival) the hotel own webpage, Booking and Agoda offered 4 rooms of the type we chose. Apparently, the hotel manager forgot to remove this offer on time. After showing the reservation we were given some specially reserved, I guess, room at the ground floor. So, we got not a promised mountain but a car parking lot (with the noise after 9 am) view out of the window. Yet we also got internet signal from the lobby in the room and that we found a fair compensation. At ca 2 am in the night someone opened the room with the key but after having discovered our presence immediately left. Generally, the stay was ok, of course the facilities far from being new and food of average diversity and quality comparable to quite some other 3 stars hotels in Spain."

"We were first put into an apartment right in the middle of the seating area of a bar, however as it was late when we arrived we decided to ask for a move the following day. The lady on reception was very kind and found us a room in block c away from the bars which we moved to once we had paid 30 euros for the staff to clean the room which we had slept in for the night. The room was large with televisions both in the living area and in the bedroom there was plenty of storage space a full fridge freezer, full oven, 2 sun loungers and table and chairs on a decent sized balcony overlooking the pool. All in all it was a very nice apartment and well worth the extra euros. The staff were very nice and friendly and always willing to help, the bars around the reception area were all very reasonably priced and the food in Pablos was lovely, we had a set 3 course meal for 10 euros each. We would definitely recommend these apartments and look forward to visiting in the future. "

During these months, the weather is warm and sunny, and the beaches are perfect for swimming and sunbathing. The peak tourist season is from June to September, so expect higher hotel rates and crowds. If you prefer a quieter atmosphere, visit Tenerife during the shoulder seasons, from March to May and October to November. The weather is still pleasant, and the prices are lower. However, avoid visiting Tenerife during the winter months, from December to February, as the weather can be unpredictable and chilly.
