"Staff friendly. Room was large. Entire establishment full of history, ancient yet so well kept it felt “new”. Dinner course was good. Breakfast average. We were given a free hour to use the private family onsen which was great. Staff cleared the snow and ice from our car upon departure (very grateful). "

"The hotel sent someone to pick us up right from the train station with my name on the shown paper.The place was very great Japanese style.The staffs were so friendly and informative. Has a sending and picking up to and from Ski resort nearby. The rooftop Onsen was so fantastic with an outdoor Private Onsen in the snowy night. The place worth for it price."
