"I love to visit Tsukuba place, cuz it's calm city but clean and warm place for me. Pretty much you can find anything you need there, and this place I feel pretty much wide and calm. Shopping center is just located beside the hotel, and you can't miss many restaurants and izakayas as well. For relexing, I frequently visit this place and it's sweetness is different from Tokyo's fun."

"Relatively inexpensive hotel with all the amenities such as free use of yukata (Japanese bathrobe), free coffee, free unused slippers that you can take home, free use of bicycle, etc. The shower area is a bit small though. It is walking distance to the Tsukuba International Congress Center, and a bit farther to the train station and bus terminal. If you do take a taxi to the train station or bus terminal, it doesn't cost much beyond the 730 yen base fare. They provide an inexpensive simple Japanese buffet breakfast that you need to order the night before. "
