Waiheke Island hotels & accommodations

Our host, Tracy always greeted us with a big smile. Enthusiasm radiated from her. I sent her an email to let her know about our early arrival time and she replied back immediately with directions on how to get to the property from the ferry. The room was ready early and we were able to check in as soon as we arrived, around 10am, which was a pleasant surprise. She ...

I had an amazing stay at the Hostel. It is cozy, charming and welcoming. I felt immediately home although I just stayed two nights. Nice people around who are all good connected. Seems more like a big private house. Very loving decoration all over the place. It's just amazing and definitely the best hostel I've been to in New Zealand. I really recommend this place!

We did go around Easter weekend so maybe that's why there was a premium. Great location in front of the beach and close a couple of nice restaurants. Good parking - as best to have a car to get around the island. We had a very short stay though but don't think they have any real facilities to offer.

Our stay was very pleasant, especially as the weather cleared on the first day. However, this location is more suitable if you have transport, it is more than a 10 minute stroll to the beach and there is a serious climb involved getting to and from the beach.

Booking was easy. Clear instructions for entry emailed prior. Fantastic set up with everything you need - great little lounge and kitchenette areas. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Great views. Short walk into Oneroa village and convenient for mud brick vineyard. Couldn't have been more satisfied or happier - thank you!

Relatively easy to get to by Public transport. Bus stop right at the corner of main road, need to walk about 10 minutes uphill (very good workout). Short walk down from main road to arrive at quiet beach, very nice walk to the main village area. The place is simple but has everything you need. Enjoyed the simplest meals and with the view, it was perfect.

Dyan was a brilliant hostess. Her home made muffins were delicious and a real treat. It was great to be able to eat breakfast on our own deck next to the garden. Well located for little Oneroa beach and the excellent pizza truck there. Recommended.
