"We went to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary in Japan and the Hotel not only provide us an excellent service but also gave a gift that we almost weep our eyes! The Hotel was really 5-star with a grand lobby, marvelous lakeview and most of the rooms can look over the lake and you can watch the sunrise or sunset. The outdoor onsen was great experience since they located near the lakeside which was very outstanding. Dinner and breakfast was delicious and we must particularly thanks to staff - Ms Yamada who looked after us attentively and offered us a warm welcome. Even she was not on duty during our departure, she wrote a note to congratulate us again of our wedding anniversary that touch our hearts and sweet memory! We must recommend the Hotel to everyone who visit Tottori and we will come again!"
