Good budget hotel”
I stayed here twice on different dates. First was just an overnight stay for work and the second one was for vacation. Both stay is great! Staff are nice and there's security by the entrance. They also have water dispensers by the stairs if you need to refill your bottles/flasks. Value for money, definitely. There's a laundry shop in front of the hotel and a UnionBank if you walk a bit. It is also walking distance to SM MindPro so that's a plus. There's also a massage parlor in front of the hotel hehe. Public transpo is available right outside the hotel too. The hotel has a resto (?) since there is a food menu available in the rooms. Food prices are reasonable and has big servings. Overall, it's really great here :) if I had to say something negative, I guess there were a few baby roaches here and there during my stay 😬 also, the shower handle is grounded sometimes even if the water heater is turned off. But despite all that, it's still an alright stay. Do manage your expectations of course since this is a budget hotel. Great service and great location since its located at the city proper. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Zamboanga City next year. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

Value for your money hotel”
Cityinn Hotel is a nice, clean, and affordable hotel. The hotel is located right at the center of Zamboanga City, next to Ateneo de Zamboanga University. The hotel's restaurant serves good food too. Hot and cold showers were working fine and the air condition was just right. My only complaint really was the noise outside my room, as it was right above a busy street (La Purisima). But that would be avoided if you were to get a room away from the street. Overall I am satisfied with our stay in this hotel.

For the price paid, this is the best hotel in Zamboanga City. Very comfortable bed & mattress. Hot water in the shower. Good TV with many channels. Rooftop sitting and eating area good for a cigar at night, Many restaurants and 2 laundries nearby. A/C worked well and was not too noisy. Tricycles and taxis easy to get. I will stay here again.

City Inn has the best location in my opinion. Everything you’ll ever need is all within the vicinity. Their staff is very assistive abd polite. Will definitely book here again when we go back to Zamboanga.

I am very happy for my stay with them. I wanted to thank the front desk on board for the their excellent customer service as well as assigned housekeeping at the second floor. As business traveler, I always choose comfort and hospitality whenever I choose a budget accommodation. Hotel city inn is one the best accommodation in the city. Location is great, you can walk to the town centers like sm. Maybe one thing for improvement are the laziness of the guard on duty. I notice their laziness. People at the restaurant are kind and helpful. Bell boy as well. Maybe in the future, I am suggesting that a Halal cuisine will be serve in the restaurant since the city is mix with people. I will stay again but I hope the guard will be pretty kind in the future. Have a good one. Highly recommended place, I even invited some business travelers to also stay and dine at the rooftop resto. Thanks again city inn staff.

Stayed here 2x earlier this month. Book ahead of time as they get easily fully booked . Within the city, a few minutes from the airport. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommended. Will book again on my next travel in Zambo.

Nice place sya especially to us students who are studying in ateneo. We can visit the school anytime without hassle. Also conducive for learning for those who are having virtual classes. Hindi maingay. May probs lang po sa WiFi because oftentimes nagkakaroon ng technical issues sa connection but I believe that's beyond their control, kaya okay lang po. And the staff are kind lalo na si manong security guard. Thank you for helping me park my NMAX during my stay there. See you again on January 8! 😊
