This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform CitySuites Two Aparthotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Room service is not available. Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking will be required to take the payment. Please note that this property does not accept cash or cheques as a method of payment. Weekly cleans are provided for stays over 7 nights, for stays less than 7 nights no housekeeping will be provided. Additional cleaning can be arranged at extra cost. Any items left behind in the apartments and/or public areas will be stored for a maximum of 30 days from the departure date. Items will be given to charity unless claimed within the specified time frame. Kindly note, the guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary. Baby cots can be provided free of charge subject to availability. Extra beds are not available, however extra bedding can be provided at a GBP 15 extra fee, subject to availability. Apartments with sofa beds can also be requested at extra charge.
