Cityview Serviced Apartments ”

Very nice stay. The staff are very helpful and especially James, thanks to them all. I didn't get a modernized apartment, but happy with the place I got. My request for a quiet room was honored and other than some minor road noise, it was quiet. The apartment furnishings are basic but functional, all I need. Big refrigerator and a full kitchen with plates and cutlery, so eating in no problem. Also, the facility has no restaurant but there are plenty of food outlets in the immediate area.

I rate every hotel I stay in and have stayed in many booked through Agoda. This was the second worst. The serviced apartment is old and dingy. Kind of expected less than stellar but this place is far from 4 stars and maybe not even 3 stars. Surely disappointed as Agoda ratings are usually spot on. And I have this opinion of the hotel even though I was expecting lesser standards given HCMC hotel but for many reasons this hotel isn't worth a second look regardless of price. Unit faced busy street, and when I say faced busy street I mean window, 9 feet of sidewalk, street...with constant traffic honking until 2 am. Would have been ok as a "Vietnam experience" except for the spider or bed bug bites every morning on legs. Kids had more than I but something biting us every night. Look out for the gecko in the hall too. Free Wi-Fi was good but scarce other amenities. Cleaning staff NEVER entered room over three days to change towels and linens. I tried to ask one staff person to have them specifically clean room. She said ok but we came back at end of adventures on day two and still no cleaning. Lastly at check in the hotel staff tried to make us pay twice for our booking despite having voucher from Agoda. Not sure if it was just misunderstanding by staff of how Agoda works or if they were really trying to make me pay twice for the hotel...my guess is the later because after I refused he said ok in pretty good English and gave me the key. The hotel is pretty central to HCMC but its a hike to the areas you want to see. I would not stay again for obvious reasons even if the price is right.

Great Place

Bare bones room; good overall”

This is property is designed as a long-term serviced apartment but also functions as a short-term hotel. Basic bare bones clean rooms which are a bit dated. Great location in D1. Staff very friendly and helpful. Just a few oddities. The electric sockets are older 3-square pronged so you can't use a 2-round pin (like most of Vietnam) or 2-flat prongs (American style) also like most of Vietnam sockets that accept both. There was an extension cord with sockets near the TV but nothing near the bed. Also, like every hotel in Vietnam, no "bidet" next to the toilet (the sprayer), which one become used to after spending any time in Vietnam. Black out curtains would also be nice. Even with these small issues, overall a good deal if one is looking for basics at a low price.

設備はなかなか年数が経っていますが、日本人で出張には良いと思います。 静かでスタッフの方もとても親切で、ベトナムでないようなサービスの質でと思います。

携帯電話を盗難にあったとき、スタッフがとても親切に対応していただき感謝しています。とても良いスタッフがそろっており過ごしやすいホテルでした。

立地的には問題なく非常に便利。目の前には日本食レストランもある。徒歩圏内で観光地もある。ランドリールームもあり洗濯もできます。少し古い建物が気になります。ホーチミンは近年コンビニも多くなり日本食レストランも増えているので快適な街です。フロントにある日本語情報雑誌を参考に動くこともできます。また、近くの場所からイオンのミニバスが出ています。

少し市街地から離れているが、目の前にコンビニや日本食レストランがある。 少し歩くと、日本人街のレタントンもあり、タクシーなどで簡単に行動できる立地。 4階にあるランドリーは洗濯機もあり、乾燥機もあるので長期滞在者に便利。

Sau khi lướt khá là nhiều địa điểm, các khách sạn/ căn hộ với đủ mức giá khác nhau. Mình quyết định chọn Cityview Apartment chỉ bởi vì mình đọc được nhiều đánh giá tích cực và điểm đầu tiên để mình chọn là giá phải chăng và địa điểm ở trung tâm Quận 1. Sau khi trải nghiệm dịch vụ thực tế ở đây thì mình cảm thấy rất hài lòng vì sự nhiệt tình của nhân viên từ lễ tân đến các nhân viên phục vụ phòng đều rất lịch sự và tinh tế mặc dù mình chỉ ở có 1 đêm và ở phòng Studio thôi (nhưng phòng khá thoáng và rộng đấy nhé). Đặc biệt hơn nữa khi bước xuống đường khá là nhiều quán ăn, mình cũng được các nhân viên giới thiệu quán Phở khá lâu đời ở gần đấy, nên khá là hài lòng. Có cả siêu thị tiện lợi ở dưới sảnh luôn, nên không sợ bất tiện gì cả. Thanks sự chu đáo của Cityview Apartment. Lần tới có dịp mình vẫn sẽ chọn ở đây.
