nice tidy hotel”

We have been there in group of four peoople, once we got place on last up floor, room was such a nice, but very small and tidy, personel of the hotel helpful, on the basement was breakfast - proper english - eggs, scramble eggs, joughurt, toast, beans, cheese and choice of hot and cold drinks. Everything as a buffet. For smoking in the room was fine 50 pound.

Nothing to Write Home About.”

Arrived at the hotel at about 9pm to find a notice directing me to check in at a nearby property where my room was. This could have been very difficult if the guests had poor or no English. Check in was quick efficient and friendly. I was advised that the main entrance door would be locked at midnight. No key was offered Upon opening the door I saw a mouse scurrying under the bed. I had more luck with a replacement room. There were 3 beds in the room, kettle, tea and coffee was provided. The bathroom was adequate. My bed was comfortable. I couldn't have breakfast because it didn't start until 7:30am and I had to catch a train from Paddington station at 8am. Overall the hotel looked clean and tidy.

I booked a Standard double room. It turned out to be very small with barely enough space to move about. No elevator , No waiting lounge. Ideally, it should be called a Bed and Breakfast facility. Too cagey!!

i stayed one night and checked out the following morning, i didn't care about losing my money. just couldn't stay there anymore. my sheets were even ripped, it was a shady place, and very falsely advertised online. i would compare it to a slow class motel.

Clean but tiny”

This hotel was clean and newly modernised, but the room was absolutely tiny, which for two of us paying around £140 between us for the night was disappointing

Exceptional”

We loved the location... Close to buss, train and underground, ... Very warm in rooms, the rooms were clean, hot water... The only thing we can complain is the Wi-Fi... There was no signal... But spending the days visiting London we didn't need it to much, at night we used our data mobile. Overall, we don't regret choosing this hotel, and we might book it again on our next visit.

Not good at all”

We booked for the classic hyde park hotel 109 sussex gardens we were accommodated in the classic hotel 92 Sussex gardens which are both classed as one. Our room was 2nd floor number 12 the room was filthy and I use the word lightly. Skirting boards grey with dust..picture in room on wall had some murky looking dry fluid on it disgusting..three of the five bulbs in main light worked. Dirty shower surround. Curtains black smudgy marks..bedding holey I slept in my clothes on top of bed. Complained and was told another room would be available by the Saturday afternoon. We were given room number 1..much better room and clean however fan did not work and TV was broken also no WiFi as no signal. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and if we could have got a coach home Saturday night we would have done so. Very poorly run not worth the money paid.

Information wrong”

Our booking also included breakfast, but it was not provided with the COVID-19 excuse and we were not given any money back either. Very small bathroom, not indicated in the description of the Hotel. for me it's bad!

Get the right hotel”

We didn't get to stay in this hotel.we got there and there was a sign on the door directing us to another hotel across the rd.it was a dump! Water over the bathroom floor from 2 leaks,the room itself was tacky and we paid for bed and breakfast and the hotel didn't even do breakfast.i wouldn't recommend classic hyde park hotel unless you know its definitely open and I certainly wouldn't recommend classic hyde hotel to anyone

One night stay”

A convenient stay if you want a 1 or 2 night stopover, not room with a view. Well located close to Paddington station and excellent amenities close by but no breakfast despite being advertised in the price. Clean room, comfortable bed., TV and decent shower.

Calidad precio es buena!!! La zona es segura y ha escasos 10min de Oxford street. Hay restaurantes , tiendas de comenstibles y cafeterias en 2 min.La habitación con baño reformado y limpio. El desayuno bueno y variado. Los unicos peros... q nuestra habitación estaba en eñ 4^ piso sin ascensor y el conchon no era muy comodo. Tambien a su favor es que una vez que haces el check out te guardan las maletas alli. Nosotros repetiremos.
