Excellent Hospitality and Great Value for money”
Thank you very much. Although it was a quick stay at this place, host is very accommodating and makes sure we won't miss some things to do and try while in Iloilo. Complimentary bottled water and snacks, even some magazines good for my boy, were provided. Room was super clean and bed sheets' scent was crisp. Bed was s good to sleep at, which makes me wonder want brand it is and what fabric softener are they using. :)

Condo unit is a few meters away from Ateneo de Iloilo which makes it perfect for visiting parents. Couldnt be more happy with the unit.. host had everything prepared and since we came on valentines day, she made a great effort in giving us cookies & a personalized cake. Everything was perfect. Wish though Avida would have the pool, park & fitness done so we could enjoy thier fascilities.

So far by all the accomodations we booked from our 9 days vacation in Panay and Boracay, this is the BEST that we had. The host’s place is superb! It’s near the restaurants and there’s also a huge grocery nearby. The room is squeaky clean, I liked it so much. Also, aside from being a hospitable host, she is also generous for giving us complimentary snacks and water. Overall, our stay at her place was one of the best and we’ll definitely be booking with her again in the future. Thanks, Marg.

Very nice location. It's near the new Atria, where you can dine at the famous Kap Ising's, Netongs, and a small Biscocho House. It's also near Tatoys. It's also near SM but you may want to take q cab. It's a safe and well lit neighborhood. Host is very nice with complimentary water and snacks. You can store food inside the personal fridge and heat it in the microwave. There's also water heater. Condo staff are friendly too. There's hot and cold shower, and bidet! I like that the Avida is new so the units are not fully occupied ye, it's not yet crowded and noisy. I was using my mobile data the whole time as she does not have fiber or cable internet. She's got bluetooth speaker and chargers in case you left yours at home.
