The view out to sea and the use of the balcony was the best thing about this apartment. It was also very roomy and warm.

The location was great and the beds were super comfortable!
There was no gate on the balcony and with a busy toddler it was much needed as we couldn&#39;t leave the door open to get air in or chill on the balcony area. Only one window opens. There is no table on the balcony area.The parking space next to the steps should be designated to the apartment as other vehicles left no access for us to push our pram when they parked so close. A washing machine would of been handy.

The decor was from the 50&#39;s. Cheap carpets. Basically, cheap everything else. We can now see why the rooms were not shown on the advert unlike other properties. The only plus point was the view. That was stunning

Close to the sea, lots of rooms
- Too noisy, with a pub opposite which meant no sleep till the pub closed - The wifi only worked in 2 rooms! - There was nowhere to dry clothes. Swimsuits and beach towels never dried properly - no fridge&#47; freezer, just a refrigerator - No direct access to the hotel amenities, like the pool. We had to walk down the high street in our swimming costumes!! - Nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom

Old fashioned decor with badly fitted carpets and poor standard furniture. No shower, only hand held over bath. Very basic given the expense. No cleaner or new towels refreshed over two night stay

Locations was excellent, great view to the ocean and close to everything.
Kitchen appliances were not the cleanest. We had to wash everything before use. Bath&#47;shower doesn’t have walls Son water goes everywhere.

Excellent location by the seafront. Access to the hotel swimming pool was a plus point for my son.
These would have helped during our stay 1. Fridge with freezer compartment 2. Grater 3. Shower curtain and shower fixed to the wall. 4. DVD player&#47;smart TV 5. Information pack for the local area

location is fantastic with a balcony overlooking the bay. very spacious for 5 and good facilities in the kitchen. The daily cleaning service and towel change was great
Only 4 comfy seats in the lounge. It really needs one more comfy chair! The bathroom needs some work as the handheld shower without a curtain&#47;screen sprayed everywhere and we got through a lot of towels!

Very convenient location with door opening on the High Street. Lovely sea view from 3 rooms. Very good to have the opportunity to use the hotel pool and dining room
Not very convenient to have only 1 toilet which was in the one bathroom. Booking .com details saying additional toilet were wrong.

Bad experience”

Good location (and that was probably the only good thing)!
Property is extremely dated and with no air conditioning (not great for summer). Doors and windows were hard to open and hence we were left in an overheated apartment. Appliances in the kitchen are old and in need of replacement. Very poor parking facility. Staff was extremely rude and inconsiderate on more than one occasion. Would not stay at this property again as the poor customer service spoilt our overall experience.
