Just don't go there if it's raining a lot”
My experience with this resort was bad, but it may not be the fault of the resort itself. It's just that this coast of the Philippines is the one that gets hit by the maximum humidity from the ocean, so if you add on top of that that you're going there during a tropical depression where it's raining non stop, you will have a very cold and damp experience, even inside the rooms. Nothing dries, the sheets are slightly mouldy, if you wet something, it will stay wet until the end of times... The hot water worked well though, the bathroom is just a bit dirty and you're always a bit worried to catch a fungi, but it's not like super dirty, over all the room was pretty clean. It's a bit expensive considering that in Manila you can get rental standards much higher for half the price than this. Also they have only one thermos of hot water for the entire establishment, and no food service, maybe something to think about... It's a nice atmosphere resort, staff is very nice :)

Good pool area but room not good.”
I stayed at this hotel 1 week the pool area is very good but the room is not very good not that clean the shower was too hot or cold everything was old and run down and no natural light in the room. The staff were good and friendly but spoke little English. There is sometimes karaoke as entertainment which was good and not too loud. The location I found good next to the ocean with Real village not too far away with good transport links bus and tricycle..All in all the hotel is run down but not a lot of choice in this area. The electric points in the rooms are not compatible with adaptors I had to charge my phone next to the pool not ideal..There is a small hotel shop selling essentials at reasonable prices also a shop at the entrance sells a lot more..I enjoyed the pools and they are maintained every day..I would probably stay here again but only because there is little choice and i'm not that fussy but the rooms could do with major refurbishment.

They should have paid us to stay there, expensive, dirty, run down, noisy, cockroach infested, would have been better to sleep in the mountains, won't be back.

No food available, no coffee making facilities.....it's noisy with karaoke vibrating through the rooms. It's way overpriced and should be in the $20/night range to be value. Find another hotel.

Real Quezon”
The hotel is just the very basics, As you would expect traveling to this area, It has 3 nice pools, one salt water if you like that.I would advise taking a good supply of food as there is not much to bye there unless you want to get a tricycle to town about 3 km away.( There ain't no McDonald's or KFC in this town ;)) I found the staff very friendly and Obliging, I would not hesitate to stay there again if I were ever over that way, And there is a guard on the gate 24/7 for your security. Thanks Club Manila Real :)
