older resort but very friendly staff”
I found this place to be very inviting and helpful in my stay here in Caramoan area. I purchased their extra package deal that incudes food, driver and boat with tour guide to see the islands. The people were very nice and i had a great time. I highly recomend this resort if your budget is not so big but you still want to enjoy your stay.

helpful staff will make you feel at home”
This villa is in the middle of the countryside and is quite a distance from the shore where the restobars are. You won't be able to roam around on foot unless you are up for a hike and some good sweat. There are no near establishments in the area so you better be well equipped if you are staying here. Food choices are a bit limited but the hotel staff will go out of their way if you are craving for something in particular. There's nothing much to do in the villa but sleep, swim and drink. Hotel staff are more than willing to arrange your transport or tour. Caramoan is known for its small but beautiful islands so its wise to explore them. Bring hiking shoes or sandals- one of the islands is reported to have a majestic lagoon at its center, which can only be accessed by climbing jagged rocks. Since we slightly touched on the topic of transport, be wary of overpriced fares. My boyfriend and I were charged PhP 350 for a tricycle ride from the port to the hotel. And it wasn't a special trip for the driver accepted two more passengers in his already cramped vehicle (we had luggage with us). We were informed later on by hotel staff that the fare (special trip) for the both of us shouldn't have exceeded PhP 150. Be mindful of the boat schedule as well. There's not much of a leg room in the boat so stretch first before boarding. Travel time is 2hours and can extend well over an hour if the waves are rough.

Island Hopping was Great in Caramoan!!!”
On the first day we arrived there was no electricity so hot inside the room, we stayed at the restaurant to get fresh air. Dip into the swimming pool to freshen up more. The staff were very accommodating to our requests. There is no WiFi connections in the hotel so we need to go to the municipal office or other hotel to get connected sad to say. The food taste good but not reasonably priced. Thanks to Nena, for arranging the island hopping tour for us.

Nice budget rooms,very remote and quiet”
We wanted somewhere budget and remote,this place was both.The island hopping was good,it was nice to be taken to some shallow crystal clear water and drink fresh boku juice for 20cents,though because of USA Survivor filming some places we couldnt go.Some of the locals didnt like that as well as there was a lack of other tourists.I liked the fact that we didnt have to follow the schedule of the tourguide and she was flexible and accomadating.As for the overnight on Bosdak beach we didnt go for it as the beach is full of seaweed.Cost was for 3 nights,2 days of tours,all meals and room was approximately $ USD/Can dollars.

worst hotel in caramoan”
Just noticed that when we checked in the staff did not even greeted us. We booked weeks before our sked and yet it took us minutes to wait for them to prepare the room. Very big mosquitoes thats why we were not able to sleep well. They did not even boher to spray insecticides knowing that guests will arrive on that day. Too many staffs bt then nobody helped us with our luggage. The pool and karaoke is useless. The island hopping package was very expensive. They charged us with P3400/person. Thats why we were forced to get the package with other tour guide. The price that we saw from their site was much more cheaper. I WONT DREAM OF GOING BACK TO CMC VILLA CARAMOAN. Its a nightmare.

Nice hotel, friendly staff”
i was quite please with this hotel. the accommodation was clean, and the staff were friendly. i was exciting to experience the same type of area that the cast and crew of the survivor series live in. i think the services we received were fair for the modest expense of this hotel.

worst hotel in caramoan”
This is probably the WORST hostel in Caramoan. The building facade is good, but beware of the crappy service! We upgraded from quad room to a room for 6. It took ages before they were able to fix our rooms and give us towels. We were given a room on the 4th floor, with spiral stairs (not safe at all!) going up from the 3rd to the 4th floor! And our bathroom got flooded! For P150 per pax, their breakfast is so not worth it! You're better off booking in other guesthouses/inns in Caramoan. Don't let CMC Villa spoil your trip to the wonderful Caramoan.

far from the beach expensive food”
-place is far from the beach and you have to ride a tricycle. -food was expensive and not always available you have to go to the market to eat -hotel price is not reasonable for its location there are cheaper hotels near the beach front -room is very small -this hotel is like a self service hotel you need to tell the staff what you need.

Disgusting Hotel”
Disgusting place. There is nothing nice to say about CMC. The room and sheets smelled because it had not been washed and the room not aired. No hot water to shower with. No toilet seat or lid. Too far from the beach, cost me Php150 just to get to the Panima beach everything. I would never recommend this place to any of my friends or anyone looking for a place to stay in Caramoan.

The arrangement of this resort is good. Island hopping packing is good. something is not good is food. too simples! No Drink and Beer selling in resort and i have to go to the town to buy.

Great experience-amazing island sights!!!”
The island hopping and food experiences between islands were great. The front desk staff was not very helpful-she didn't seem to know what the prices and options to do at the island; I almost wondered if she does work there. When we got there, the Villa's swimming pool was very dirty and the front area of the annex house we stayed at has tables in front of the house-did not look presentable/appealing for guests. I have to say, Nora-one of the staff is very helpful and welcoming-she made our experience/stay a lot better.

Beware if you travel by land”
I traveled by land to Bicol. Was not able to get to resort as there are no roads to get to Caramoan. You either have to fly or take a boat. Staff did not answer the phone to figure out how to get there. Other reviews state that staff leave early so very little support after 6pm. Make sure you plan on how you will be getting to Caramoan.

Short getaway”
So far it's good...except that they don't have a menu to order food. You have to order ahead of time so that they will cook for you. And there was loss of electricity for several hours during our stay.

Had a relaxing stay. But i think, they forgot to include some of the essential needs(shampoo,soap,toothbrush), isnt it free?

Hotel with small room for six guests”
Staff were surprised to see us arrive. One of them hurriedly went up to spray Baygon, an antimosquito spray. We smalled the spray when we entered the room at the second floor. We found out that we were the only guests in the whole hotel. The neighbors are shanties and a baby woke me up at 2 am as I could her crying from our room that night. The swimming pool was not totally drained with water and it was so muddy. A good breathing ground for mosquitoes. Staff even blamed us for not telling them that we planned to eat dinner at the hotel and they all left early as they have families to take care. Only one staff/guard was left to supervise the hotel. Thus, they have to fetch their cook to grill our dinner. It was good that the tricycle driver/tour guide drove us early to the wet market and we were able to buy squids and fresh fish for our dinner. It was good that my children found a Karaoke machine that they use for singing while waiting for the dinner to be cook. No stores are open after 6 pm.
