New, fresh, simple”

It was a pleasure to stay here. The hotel felt quite new, there were nice features, the non-smoking rooms were truly not smoked in. Compared to a traditional built-in-the-80s Japanese hotel, here's what stood out: - very big bathroom - slightly bigger than average main room - nice interior layout and colour scheme - mix of western and Japanese buffet breakfast - attentive staff - integrated phone charger beside bed, bluetooth stereo - free and simple wireless internet My only difficulty was parking - I should have booked this ahead but wasn't told there was a problem until I was there. Staff had it sorted within an hour, and there's regular paid parking next door.

good service from the hotel staff, speaks good english to provide advice. the staffs from the breakfast restaurant serves with a smile and attempts english and mandarin with us. room also has a good view of mt fuji.

excellent welcome on arrival. lovely view of mt fuji from hotel window. enjoyed breakfast, especially the local fish. well appointed room with comfortable bed.

Interesting and modern”

Welcomed by the staff who speaks good English Tatami room was not just Japanese room, actually more of western style room design without shoes---very comfortable to stay with small children even though it is little bit tiny. As it is new, everything was shiny and clean.

Obviously this is located in the centre of town and convenient for the train station. Therefore, a bit noisy but quiet after 11. Breakfast choice was fine if you were Japanese but a bit limited if you were after something European. Didn't sample the dining room but it looked quite a varied menu. Staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for you. However, if the hotel is offering a service to international travellers, English speaking skills will have to improve.

駅チカで迷う事なく行けた。少しだけど富士山が見えたのが、本当に嬉しかった。朝食のアジの干物が焼きたてで美味しかった。

沼津駅にたいへん近かったため、駅周辺に用がある場合はとても利便性が高いと思います。 清潔なお部屋で、滞在しやすかったです。

The hotel is located at the north gate of JR Numazu station, so it is so convenient to move. The facility is new, but the bath room is not so clear. (We saw some mold...)

ホテルスタッフは大変感じが良いです”

スタッフの方の挨拶、対応は大変感じが良いのですが、毎回車を駐車するときに名簿に名前がなく確認に何分も待たされます。前回もそうだったので今回は前日に電話で宿泊の確認をしたのにも変わらず、やはり名簿に名前がなくしばらく外で待たされました。なぜ宿泊予約をしているのに毎回待たされるのか？改善できていないのか？そこだけがマイナスです。

安いけど、駐車場遠いのに自費”

富士山を見に行く途中で一泊しました。高速から降りて沼津駅までちょっとわかりづらいのがちょっと難点でした。 夜７時頃着いたら、ホテルの無料駐車場は１６台のみしかないので５分ほど歩いた上に1000円自腹で駐車場料金を払わないといけなかった。 ホテルの無料駐車場に停められる確率が低いので、それなら始めから駐車場なしと書いた方がいいと思う。 電車で移動する人なら場所はいいと思う。

Väldigt fina rum. Hotellet är bara ett år gammal och allting ser nytt ut. Trevlig personal. Frukosten var inte mycket att ha dock.
