Underrated beachfront hotel”
It was our 3rd visit to Boracay and this hotel became our favorite so far. This beachfront hotel resort is located in Station 3, with their own beachfront restaurant & bar which has a rustic vibe. Getting to other parts of the island was a breeze since we alternated between walking and riding e-trikes. Thanks to availing the room through Agoda, we also had a free breakfast for our entire stay. We used to favor Station 1 but staying in this part of Station 3 was a game changer. Looking forward to coming back to this resort for sure!

Very friendly and accommodating staff”
The staff has been very helpful with everything I needed, would recommend places to visit. The property is in Station 3 which was far from the hustling of the other stations. If you wanna be able to sleep well at night without the noise of the bars and other hotels this will be the best place to stay.

Pros: Almost all that I read on other reviews are true. Staffs are very nice, quiet and relaxing place, clean and comfortable stay. They even gave us a free room upgrade (w/ greeting posted on the wall) because we're celebrating our anniversary. Cons: If you're staying on their hotel you have a 10% discount on their restaurant. However, prices are too expensive (1 serving of Chicken Curry with no rice costs 450-480php; that's only good for 1 person) and amount of food is not worth the price. You will find cheaper stores and buffets going to Station 2.

We had a great stay here at Cocoloco. Staff is friendly. The room is nice. It is located at Station 3 not crowded so we enjoy the beach so much. And they have a restaurant serving good food. Will stay again next visit.

Great and friendly staff, nice and quiet area Station 3”
Room was clean with a nice view into green nature. Bed was comfy. Beautiful beach in front of the hotel, not crowded. Great restaurants in walking distance, including delicious Swiss, Italien and Thai food. We sometimes walked to D Mall or took a ride to buy souvenirs or eat coconut ice cream.

Cocoloco is my fav resort in Boracay. I've been cocoloco for the 3rd time and I have already booked for next trip coming end of April. I love station 3 with the chill people and it's quieter than station 2.

We had a fabulous 10 night stay at Cocoloco. The room was lovely and big, clean and nice and quiet. The staff really make this place - so friendly and helpful. Perfect location, amazing staff. Great value for money ”
Located at the best end of the island if you’re looking for idilic (uncrowded) days on the beach with surrounding chilled beach bars- but only a 10 min walk to the busier end if that’s what you’re looking for. Staff were amazing, always smiling and extremely attentive- they made us feel very welcome. The rooms are well kept and clean and you’re literally a stones throw away from the beautiful beach. The Cocoloco Bar/ restaurant is one of the most appeasing on the island, we ventured to other bars but always ended up back at ours- when it’s half price cocktails anytime for guests why not! Right next door there is a hotel which was tripple the price per night with seemingly little atmosphere. This hotel is the full package, great location, friendly staff, great vibe serving good food and cocktails. Thoroughly recommend.

Comfort, accesibility, and accommodating staff”
The place is great because it is only steps away from the beach and thebar offers a soothing view of the sea especially during sunset. We were just not able to enjoy the wifi because we were not able to access it right away the first try and instead relied on our own data. Otherwise, we could gave saved on data had the wifi worked right away. Best part of the stay are the very nice and accommodating staff.

PROS Due to the pandemic the price is noticeable low thus attractive. Very good location, right on the beach, a lot of affordable restaurants nearby. The market in and convenient stores in walking distance. Good live music in the evenings, not noisy. Very kind personnel and owner. CONS Restaurant is present but does not work currently, the bar only. Breakfasts only Philippine style.

Worth every penny! The owner and all the staff are nice and courteous. Well-maintained property and the rooms are huge. Wifi can be unstable at times in the room so bring your own if you’re planning to work from there. Overall had an amazing stay and will not hesitate to book the property again in future visits.

On the Beach!”
Last stop on our Philippines tour. Cocoloco is at the quieter end of the beach but close enough to easily walk into town (10-15 minutes) in the evenings. Staff always smiling and friendly. We had one of the rooms above the bar/dining area which was brilliant for quick access to the beach. Some of the other rooms towards the back of the hotel looked nice and had a lovely garden surroundings. A short walk to the beach from these rooms. The rooms at the top required a good level of fitness to get up the stairs. The place is Cozy and has a warm family feel to it. Food is good and reasonably priced. I enjoyed the Philippine breakfasts. Not much in the way of facilities but why would you need it when the beach is on your doorstep.

Great beachfront stay ”
We had a great stay at CocoLoco. First off, the staff. You can't find better, friendlier people than theirs. The location is at Station 3, wc is a bit far from where all the happenings are, but will work to your advantage when you just want to relax. The room is great, spacious, has a nice sized toilet bowl, a bidet, and a decently installed hot shower. My only knock on this stay is that Smart data signal is intermittent, Wi-Fi doesn't reach the rooms, and probaby the worst bed I have ever slept on. Bed is firm, hurts my back, and my shoulder when side sleeping due to me having a History of a dislocated shoulder. Personal preference, but I like my bed to be somewhat softer. But again, Great stay overall.
