        Huge gap from price and perfomance”

        The only good thing about Coconut Tree West End is the central location and being very close to the beach
        Hardly any WIFI, despite the list it as available on their services. Very loud neighbourhoud. After 3 days we had to remember the staff to clean the room/bathroom and exchange towels. Very often no or very little water int he shower; and if we had a lucky day with water in the shower 90% it was cold

        Located at the entrance to west end, Coconut Tree is just 30 seconds from the ocean and ultimately has the best location!!! The air conditioning is awesome and much needed after days in the sun. There is a convenience store just next to them which was great. All the fun bars, restaurants and galleries are all right there! The room also was quiet, didn't hear all the hustle and bustle which was nice for bedtime. We didn't partake in diving but if that's something you enjoy they will hook you up! All in all friendly staff and a comfortable homey room. If your coming to Roatan and want to have fun this is the spot for you!
        The fact that I couldn't stay longer was all I didn't like lol

        Water issue & laundry service”

        I liked that the property was just in front of the beach
        Shower: The water pressure in the shower was extremely low. Unacceptable! Laundry Service: On my last day at the cabin, I had laundry picked up in the morning. My laundry wasn’t delivered until late in the evening about 9pm and to find out that some of my clothes was missing. I had to leave early in the morning without my missing clothes. Very disappointed!

        this place is clean (and cleaned everyday by a cleaning lady), safe, prime location and has a high walking score
        Everything was great. The only 2 issues that bothered us were the slight stink in the bathroom (lack of ventilation probably), the low water pressure in the shower and the occasionally closed wash basin. But besides those, this place is clean (and cleaned everyday by a cleaning lady), safe, prime location and has a high walking score
