Fun getaway but…”
This was our first staycation in years, we stayed one night. We chose this place because it was recommended by friends, and it had a pool. We paid through Agoda and completed all the registration requirements online. We received the code you have to put in on the tablet to get the code for the door, however, it was extremely cumbersome. It won’t let you check in a few minutes early so we could not start the check in until exactly 3pm. It took 15 Minutes. There is no one there to help you if you have problems but there is a number to call. I put in my code on the tablet and it wanted a photo of everyone’s passport which I did not have. I called the number and they called me back with someone who could speak English and they gave me the key code over the phone. Another problem was the house was not cool we had trouble sleeping. We could not sleep on the side where the bedrooms are because it was too hot. Yes you can turn the ACs down but it won’t let you turn up the wind speed! The tatami room and room where the TV is was cooler so we slept there but still not a good night. The other issue was House #3 where we stayed, the internet connection is very bad. I would say we spent a good hour trying to connect to the WiFi. Eventually we figured it out and rebooted the router in the tatami room, which worked, so maybe you have to do this if you have problems. Over all I gave 4 stars because the house is lovely, the view and location is perfect and the pool is awesome. I recommend if the owner is reading this review that they change the ladder in the pool to a ladder that has flat steps and not slippery round metal ones. These are very hard to climb onto and hurt your feet. I would stay here again but maybe not in #3. I hope this review is helpful.

プールも気持ちよく、プールの上から見た夜の星空がびっくりするくらい綺麗で、感動しました。 ただ、バッタなど虫がいるのは仕方ないですが、リビングに蟻がいっぱいいたのが残念でした。 お部屋は清潔で何日か滞在する為の設備も揃ってて 快適だったので、又機会があれば泊まりたいです。

非接触型の家族滞在ができました”
非感染対策のため、非接触型の家族旅行を計画しました。本コテージは受付から誰とも接触する事なく入室できました。 リビングからプールが一望できるため、大人はのんびりお酒を楽しみながら、子供達はプールを夜遅くまで満喫できました。 プールの大きさは十分で、子供達5人が浮き輪を浮かべながらも泳ぎ回れるスペースがありました。やや水深は深めでしたが、小学校高学年の子供は朝がつく程度です。大人でも十分に楽しめそうでした。 タオル類も十分に揃っていて、洗濯乾燥機が完備されているためタオルが足りなくなることはありませんでした。 部屋内も清潔に保たれていて、寝具も綺麗でした。 ただ、不満だったのは、ゴミ袋やティシュなど、予備が無かったところです。あと、クーラーの効きが弱く、ジメっとしていました。 全体的にはとても快適でした。また利用したいと思ってます。
