A cosy and comfortable place”
My friends and I stayed at the apartment for 5 nights. Upon check-in, we got upgraded from a one-bedder to a two-bedder apartment, which was a pleasant suprise and a great start to our holiday. The apartment was big and spacious with a fully functional kitchen, which was utilitsed quite often as the local Sainsbury was just a short walk away. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly,and were always able to anticipate our needs and housekeeping was excellent. Would definitely choose Collingham Serviced Apartments for future trips!

Good choice for family”
spacious apartment, clean, comfortable and well equipped. we enjoyed our stay here, much better value for money compared to another serviced apartment which we stayed in for a few nights( just down the road) before moving to this apartment. although collingham is further away from the tube station compared to the other aprtments (another 5-8 mins walk), it triumphs in all other areas. only cons is no free internet, and although we paid for the internet (daily rate) for every day, the connection wasnt working at times and were patchy.

Spacious and well-appointed apartment ”
Having stayed in London a number of times in the past, the first thing that struck me about this apartment was how big it was. This really was a "home away from home". The neighbourhood is very smart and even a quiet walk around the surrounding streets is quite a fun way to spend an hour our so. Easy walking distance to the tube and easy to move around by taxi. We found the front-door staff to be excellent. Very friendly and helpful. All facilities were very good, well maintained and modern. I would recommend it unreservedly for anyone in town to do a bit of work or travelling with a family.

Spacious apartment; good location ”
Pros: spacious apartment with furnished kitchen; washer/dryer was a plus as I was able to do some laundry before we ran out of clean clothes; location was also good- about 6-minute walk to Gloucester Road Station and bus stops; plenty of restaurants along Gloucester Road; helpful and courteous staff. It was nice that I was able to book a tour and airport service directly thru them. The staff was also kind enough to warn us about "fake" plainclothes policemen in Central London who victimized tourists; daily housekeeping made the room fresh-smelling and clean when we arrive each night. Cons: the floors were squeaky. We could hear the occupants on the upper floor walking and I'm pretty sure those below us could hear our footsteps. Wifi comes with a charge which we found quite excessive. While the ads say that wifi has a charge, it also did say that there is "free wifi in public areas" but as it turned out, there was no "public area" like a lounge or dining hall as we expected.

A fabulous place to stay & we will return!”
Our apartment was beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated as well clean and well-maintained. It also had its only patio. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent as it was quiet and only a 5 minute walk to Gloucester tube. The fact that it had a lift was a huge bonus for us. When we return to London this will definitely be the place to stay.

We were very very happy with the accommodation, service and location of the apartments. The staff both on reception and in maintenance and housekeeping were fabulous. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. The location was perfect and there is public transport, supermarkets, eateries and anything else you need in an easy walk. you can easily walk to Kensington park and Hyde park as well as the natural History museum, the V&A the science museum and so much more. The hop on/off busses are a short walk away next to the Gloucester rd station. Staff were very helpful with advice and booking transport too! We are already planning our return trip to be based from here we were so happy. And very child friendly too!

choosing this apartment using agoda.com help my stay in London. Although this apartment has limited room to stay, it provides spacious room once you managed to have their service. I would highly recommend this apartment for young family who travel with their two kids or more because it also provides you with kitchen facilities to prepare your meals.

Let down by cleanliness”
The Collingham Serviced apartments are well located. The apartments are roomy and comfortable. Unfortunately the cleaning needs to be improved. The bathroom had left behind toothbrushes and other personal toiletries when we checked in. Shelves were dusty. The carpets needed a good vacuuming.

Almost the perfect stay ”
It was definitely an amusing stay for us. During our check in, the staff told us they would upgrade the room for us from 2 bedrooms to 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. That’s wonderful.... The amenities were perfect excepted that there was no air conditioner during the heat wave period. However, I know they were tried their best to provide the movable air cond and fans. Even we felt hot over the nights, there were no complaints. On the other hands, if they would provide free wifi, this accommodation would score full marks. Anyway, here would be our first choice if we will visit London again in future.

Large, comfortable room in central london”
we were upgraded from studio apartment to a one bedroom, which was a nice gesture given that we highlight in our bookings that it was our anniversary trip. other small touches includes a bottle of wine in the dining table. the one bedroom was extremely spacious, with clear partition of bedroom, kitchen and living room. although we were situated at the ground level, it wasnt noisy during our stay there. the bedroom is also the furthest away from the main street, hence sleeping wasnt disturbed. the pillows are very soft, so those who like medium/hard pillows may need to adjust. the hotel is about 10mins walking distance from gloucester station which was acceptable. the station is along the picadilly line as well as 2 others and access to attractions is easy.

The serviced apartment is beautiful and centrally located with easy access to the attractions and shopping. We booked for a 2bedroom apartment and was plesantly surprised when upgraded to a 3bedroom.

An awesome place to check in”
It was an awesome place to stay. I will definitely return back to this hotel if i ever go back to London. It was located in between 2 tubes, both within walking distance. Food was not an issue as there are supermarkets, restaurants and fast food near the tube. Best of all, you feel safe.

Great location and seek no further.”
Spent long week-end with family (2+3 kids). First positive impression came when we were told to be upgraded to 3 bedroom apartment so one do not sleep on sofa bed. We had 3 tidy bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and living room. Additionally there was spacious terrace - only BBQ was missing.. Public transportation is very close. From reception we were also able to get tickets to harry potter - which was earlier fully book. Floors are making bit sound while you walk and airconditioning ( separate unit was provided) might be issue in hot days. Over all very nice stay and this is easy to recommend.

We booked the 3 bedrooms apartment and 2 bedrooms apartment and they upgraded our 3 bedrooms to top floor (Penhouse), which was great and nice view. Common area and kitchen very big just the washing machine is out of order so we only can use it at another apartment which still not bad. Staff are friendly and helpful.

when we arrived we did not like the studio apartment at all, we were very disappointed. although it was a Christmas and new year time but they tried their out best to move us to one bedroom apartment with terrace with no extra fees just to make us happy and enjoying our stay.

Great location, friendly helpful staff”
Fantastic location, 5 minutes walk to underground, plenty of shops nearby (M&S, Waitrose) if you want to eat in. Apartment did not have air conditioning and was very hot. There are fans in the rooms which help. A little bit dated in the common stairwell and could do with a lick of paint and new carpet. Was the most cost effective for us though as there were four of us staying for two nights. Fantastic service from reception -we checked out and I left my keys in the room. They sent them onto me first class mail.

Fantastic. Staff looked after us really well, left my bag with them and came back when the room was ready and bags had been taken up. The 3 bed apartment was huge and perfect for 7 blokes needing somewhere to crash in the city. I searched everywhere and this was the best location and value for money anywhere on the internet

We were recommended to stay here by family that had stayed here s couple of years ago and will stay here again. The location. Is great if you are a tourist and close to transport. The apartments are spacious and well equipped and reception will help with advise on where to go and bookings. Very enjoyable stay.

Great Location in Kensington”
Can recommend this property. We had a comfortable 1 bedroom apartment which was quiet for sleeping at night and nicely appointed. A short walk 10 min walk from either Gloucester Rd tube in one direction or Earls Court in the other. Would stay again.
