A very bad night and a bad place that is not worth all that money, I will never repeat the experience

Convenient but dire”
Needing a place sleep after flight problems it was only OK. No breakfast, shower room for only the tiny, WiFi hopeless. Staff very helpful however.

I should have read the reviews. This picture is not the plave. It is part of the restaurant. I had the room at the front. So could hear guess and staff talking and laughing all night as they left. The bed was not comfortable. Of you can sleep through busy restaurant noise then it will be fine for you.

Photos were deceiving ”
The room was poxy, the tv was so small and top of the window frame. My room was outside the kitchen canopy and all you could smell food fumes and noise. Lesson learnt pay a bit extra go to reputable Hotel eg travel lodge, premier inn or ibis

Very noisy and compact”
We were kept up all night by a dodgy water pump, bathroom was very small. Also WiFi provided did not work in the bedroom. All in all not great.

No sleep, constant boiler noise, left hotel at 4am and slept in the car. ”
My husband could not sleep at all at the hotel because of a loud boiler constantly switching on and off all through the night. He gave up trying to sleep in the end after left the hotel at 4 am and slept in the car at his work car park. He did earlier in the evening seek help from your staff who were he thinks kitchen staff who said yes this is a constant noise and we cannot resolve it. We are extremely unhappy with what happened to him. We contacted the hotel twice and heard nothing back.
