Central location. Near train station. Maybe a bit too close as u could hear all the trains passing by. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Although it was a bit too warm as no air con available.

the room was dirty , there was hair in the sink and the bath , the room was not very warm and when asked for extra blankets told there was none , the bar is very limited on drinks i have stopped at many hotels but would not come back here again

Good hotel close to airport central location”
Me and my partner stayed at the comfort hotel for one night before we flew out of London Luton Aiport the next day. The hotel is located 15 mins from Luton Airport and is a five min walk away from Luton railway station. I would recommend this hotel if you have a early flight the next morning or on business as location to train station is very accessible. The comfort hotel is cheap, comfortable and good value for money. I would use this hotel again.

THE LOCATION IS ABSOLUTELY PERFECT... JUST 150 METRES FROM LUTON STATION ENTRANCE. THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND SUPER-HELPFUL. THE SECURITY IS VERY GOOD EVERYWHERE IS VERY CLEAN. THE ROOMS ARE LARGE AND VERY COMFORTABLE WITH DESK-SPACE FOR WORKING/EATING AND PLENTY OF STORAGE SPACE. THE BED IS GOOD ENOUGH AND THE BATHROOM (RAINFALL SHOWER/TOILET/SINK) IS REALLY GREAT.

Close to transport links including airport”
A good place to stay when using the airport and other transport links as less than 5 minute walk from Luton train station and 15 minutes by bus from the airport. Room was quite noisy with road traffic and the room needed some updating but for a comfy bed for a one night stay, it was good.

Pros Very close to the Luton town centre, shops, rail and bus station. Cons Rough area at night. Very long walk up stairs and along corridors to the room (no lift) Room noisy inside the building and out (voices, cars, trains, planes etc.) NO AIRCON, so room was very hot and had to have window open. OK for a night or two.

Great value central budget hotel”
I stayed for two nights while in Hertfordshire on business. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the place for the price I paid, though don't expect luxury, it's more clean and presentable budget. My "Executive Single" was upgraded to a double and the whole place had been recently re-fitted to a reasonable degree. Good quality bathroom and great shower. The staff were friendly and efficient and helped when I had keycard entry problems - the main disappointment with the place. It's located on a busy traffic island on the edge of the central shopping and nightlife district but I wasn't aware of excess noise and slept well while I was there. The quilt was a little cheap and thin but I doubled up with a spare that the receptionist gave me. Found a great Indian restaurant 10 mins walk away as recommended on a forum website. Handy for nightclubbing without that being intrusive and only 3 or 4 miles from the airport. For the M1 use junction 11 at the moment as there are major roadworks at J10, MUCH quicker. The bar was closed and rather austere but there are city centre bars nearby if you fancy a pint. Parking on site, don't forget to collect a token on your way out.
