Nice hotel but noisy in the morning ”

I like everything about this hotel except that there were two maids literally running up and down the corridor from 9:30 to 10:00 (check out time). I guess others on my floor already left and they were trying to clean as many rooms as possible. I would avoid this place next time as I often leave at check out time and I value my resting hours.

Not far from train station”

Less than 5mins walk from JR Niigata station. It came with free breakfast with good selection. The staff are courteous and room size is not bad for a solo traveller with light luggage.

Quiet, close to sta”

In short distance to the station and everything I wanted to see could be reached within 30 min on foot. Room very clean and equipped with everything I needed. Breakfast was good, too, with a broad selection.

夕方チェインで混んでいた時、ビジネスマン風の男性がものすごくイライラしていて「急いでるんで、特急でやってください。〇〇。（早口で自分の名前？）」フロントの方が「申し訳ございません、もう一度お願い致します」と言ったら「（ため息ついてから）〇〇！」ものすごくイヤな感じでした。ああいうお客様にも丁寧に対応されていて、大変だなぁと思いました。

駅から徒歩3分もない好立地で、さらに無料の朝食は驚くほどのレベルでした。 新潟のお米だからか、お米とお味噌汁だけでもクオリティが高いです！ それに加えてブッフェスタイルの和洋のおかずは大満足。 部屋も綺麗で私が泊まった部屋は広々としてました。ベッドも広いです！ 新潟駅付近ではコスパ最強だと思います。
