As i am a solo traveler, the hotel locates near the dotonbori and many famous place accessible by bus, good breakfast , chill cafeteria view and good to have a convenience store next to the hotel :)

End of year vacation”

Overall not bad . Good location. Minus points are : (a)Temp of hot air fr the air cond cannot be controlled. So very hot in the room. Have to switch off the air cond. Then no ventilation in the room. (b) TV is not mounted on the wall in front of the bed. TV is placed on the table besides the bed.So to watch TV, you have to sit on the bedside which is not comfortable. (c) Room not so soundproof. Sometimes can hear people talking in the corridor & their rooms & fr the street.Morning can hear the maid vacuming the room next door.

Hotel is old, breakfast is okay, room is small, bathroom is even smaller.. When you are showering, your partner are not able to brush teeth or face as there is only one source of water.. Hotel staff is not accommodating when comes to luggage storage which is awful.. Not friendly staff.. No drinking water provided in the room..

Location was perfect. Not far from multiple stations and attractions. For those who may not be familiar with the area; I would also highly highly reccomend you get some Knowledge on the namba / dotonburi / shinsaibashi area before booking. The staff were amazing and friendly. Would also reccomend getting the breakfast as it was pretty good. Rooms were clean, small-ish but that is Japan for you. They get job done, if you are spending long periods in your hotel rooms then Japan isn't for you.

Great hotel! Very accessible for train station, shopping area and food restaurant. The hotel was easy to find and not crowded, food is good, it really serves you the peace & quiet that were looking. Definitely gonna be back here again!

Good location at Shisaibashi, Small room”
Very good location and easy access to shopping street. Parking info and direction should give us in advance tru email for easy arrangement, due to the parking lot is not attached to the hotel. Room with two double bed is very small to accommodate two adults and a child, not able to open two big luggages inside the room unless you put one on bed. Toilet got weird smells but room is clean. Free breakfast provided is simple and good. But our stay that cost us USD300 for two nights which I think is not value for money, maybe price is good for not peak season.

Location is good and close to shopping street. Room is small and not easy to open one 28" and one cabin size luggage. Toilet got weird smell but room is clean. Free breakfast is good and nice. But with USD300 for two night is not value for money to us.

Booking the room requested wasn't the room supposed to what we get. We need to paid again to extra Yen 2800 per night stay add on 4 night = Yen 11,200 per room !! Upsad Staff was rude unfriendly .. .
