It is quite near Wakayama Jr Train station , new hotel and clean . Cost saving And breakfast is enough .Internet speed is ok., Even no public bath . If we visit Wakayama , This is a budget first choice hotel.

Spacious room and complimentary breakfast”
I think this is the best hotel I've ever stayed along my recent 12 days trip in Japan. Just a pity I only spent one night here. Although it's a business hotel, the room was very spacious (considering other rooms I stayed). Complete facilities, quite large bathroom, and soft pillows. Location also great, just a short walk to the main entrance of JR station. Moreover, all guests can get complimentary breakfast. Though I booked a room without breakfast, but the staff still allow me to have it. The food selection were good, more western style (cereals, bread, waffles, and pasta). Tips: Visit B1 Floor of Kintetsu department store nearby to find a lot variety of food, especially local cuisines such as tempura, katsu, and bentos.

One of the smallest cafes and the breakfast was not interesting”
The space in the cafe is too small for the size of such hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and every morning we had difficulty looking for seats in the cafe. All the seats were occupied every morning when we were there. The variety of the breakfast were just too little.

Small rooms..one step up from a cain hotel.. bed touches walls on two sides no closet..but expensive! As cheap as they could do it..concrete floors thin carpet on top...zero padding! They cut corners e ery way possible..tiny bathroom,no amenities, no bottled water, thin towel..just ONE! Just one small pillow You should ASK to get another one...ONE tea packet...noisy hallway .doors have gaps on all sides so all noise carries!

Great selection of books”
The cafe space was relaxing and filled with interesting books selected by professionals. I wanted to stay longer, but unfortunately, it was Golden Week and I didn't have enough time to read. The breakfast time in the early morning was very crowded with a long line. The flow of people was not very good, so I couldn't move forward at all. I wanted to finish my meal quickly, but it took quite a long time. It would be helpful if they could improve the flow a bit.
