Way beyond my expectations!”

Dima is an excellent host! He is always available via WhatsApp and is very attentive to his guests. The apartment has everything you need from dishes and utensils to microwave, bedding sets, towels, cleaning products, iron, vacuum cleaner,.. really every small detail is taken care of. The neighbors are nice and quiet, and the location is excellent with a bus stop right in front of the building and easy access to any part of the town that you wish to go to. There are multiple supermarkets, cafes and shops within walking distance, as well as the Abay Opera House. The apartment is warm, the water pressure is good, and there are lots of wardrobe space for your baggage or clothes. I can't really think of even a small thing that I would have suggested to change or improve. If you do get a chance to book this place, consider yourself lucky because I have researched many places in Almaty and for the price that you would pay, there is nowhere that you could receive something even close to this quality. Thank you, Dima! I would keep recommending you to anyone who'd plan to travel to Almaty.

Квартира светлая, теплая (были зимой), фотографии реальные. Для 2х человек достаточно просторно, особенно большая кухня.. Есть все для комфортного проживания (техника, посуда, утюг, фен, шампунь). Балкон застеклённый, с креслом для релакса)) . Расположение - лучше не придумаешь! Близко магазины, рестораны, банкомат, остановки транспорта, места, где приятно гулять пешком. В этом же доме расположено кафе с очень вкусными булочками, рекомендую!

Местоположение лучшее: центр города, всё в пешей доступности, 20 минут до гор на такси, множество кафе и ресторанов. Квартира просторная, свой балкон. Все что нужно есть. Отдельное спасибо за кофейник. Пригодился.
Единственный минус: в один день не было почти горячей воды. Но это скорее к городу, чем к хозяину. Также, бронировал по одной цене (в рублях), а заплатил больше на 500 рублей из-за расчета в тенге. Это нужно учитывать.
