Value for money ”

Stayed here for one night.. It’s close to the beach and staff were very friendly.Lot of bars and eating places close by..

After the cruise ”

The staff were excellent and really helpful. They are still recovering from the hurricane and in the process of rebuilding. The breakfast they offer is really great . I would stay here again.

The location of the hotel was perfect! A very friendly staff and the facilities where very impressive.

The location is good. And free breakfast, pool and hot pool, complimentary beach chair& umbrella. But, There were dripping sounds from air-conditioner and noise of the surrounding construction.

This hotel lacked supplies like towels and was not prepared for guest at time stated. No phones in the rooms to call for room service, check in took too long due to cleaning staff not doing their part. Our room was clean although other guest complained about their rooms. Lady and young man at front desk was very helpful. it's not a 4 star but was fine for the time we spent.

Don’t choose this place during Covid ”

The pool can only be used by appointment only with a limited use of an hour. The breakfast is brought to your room instead of you choosing what to eat. There’s a daily fee for cleaning and a daily fee of almost $20 for Parking. Also, You have to go across the street to buy refreshments.

Updated room photos needed. Booked a king bed, received two full beds, staff stated they were out of king beds. I had to be moved to another room since the ceiling in my original one was leaking. I was also charged a resort fee at the hotel yet when I booked through Agoda that showed as part of the fees when reservation was paid in full. I will be calling to obtain credit. Breakfast provided was great though. Lots of variety

Charges a daily "hotel fee" upon checking in. $15 a day for parking. No system to keep track what days you parked so I was charged for days I didn't even park there. They start packing up breakfast early too.

The hotel is now part of a large chain, the room 214 very noisy with some sort of pump I believe water coming on very frequently. The view into the distance was good however the roof below covered with bits and pieces junk/ garbage. They did Offer us to move but leaving in the AM. Would we stay in the future, no way. There was other issues but lets stay with this

Me desilusiones pot alrededores carreteras con rotos. No tienen parking. La piscina estaba cerrada. El desayuno parecio ser las sobras del dia anterior.

La picsina esta en remodelacion y lo mas triste es que no lo supe hasta llegar al hotel deberian de informarlo en el proceso de seleccionar el hotel. Fallaron hay gracias a Dios que no fui en busca de picsina.
