Excellent”
As a family of 3 , it was ideal for the purpose for an overnight for a theatre treat. Location was excellent. Ok not a modern room , but for the age of the building, it was clean , comfy and tea and coffee. The staff were welcoming, friendly . As travelling with a disabled child. We were aware there was a lift. Also no disable facilities, but we were ok to manage. The staff were apologetic, gave us a ground room and aware of health snd safety routines and had to fill out a form. Which was good . The reception area pleasant on arrival and had an ice machine too , a bonus! Value for money for an overnight stay .

Great stay for the price ”
I just picked a hotel and prayed I got a good one since we had never visited London before. It was close enough to walk to everything. The staff was extremely nice. The rooms were not fantastic but served the purpose after a long day of exploring. The only negative I can give is the bathroom in the family suite had a tiny shower that flooded the floor anytime you used it and also had a crack in the tile that water had gotten in so there was a slight moldy smell. Nothing too bad though. It was a great hotel overall.

Poor room”
The only positive aspect of the room was the bathroom, pretty renewed and clean). The sleeping room really needs a renewal as the heating was not working and windows cannot be closed. Carpet was ugly (not cleaned) and a lot of noises coming from the corridors. Apart from that the position of the hotel is very good and the price affordable (compared to London hotels).

My room was smaller than the average kitchen. No separation between toilet and shower. Had to wipe up water from shower just to brush my teeth and use restroom without wet feet. Such an inconvenience. Luckily if you come with large luggage they may accommodate you with a decent size room!

Dingy small room with no ventilation. Two single beds given for 3 persons (1 adult and 2 teenagers clearly indicated in booking). We were unable to open our one suitcase without moving beds together first and placing it on the bed…bit of an inconvenience when 3 are crammed into a tiny space trying to rest and shower, dress etc. Photos presented online are NOT of comfort in Westminster.

Not very impressed with the standard of cleanliness at all, bleach stains on carpet. Not a great breakfast selection at all. Check said from 2pm, we got there at just gone and the room wasn't ready until gone half past. Wouldn't go back.

When I arrived at the place there was a note outside saying That it is closed and I should go yo Holiday inn express just down the street. Better in someway I suppose as I was a bit nervous staying with them after reading the bad reviews. i had a good stay with Holiday Inn over all.

The front staff during check-in and check-out were super nice!! No doubt on that. However, the room was really small for 2 Adults and 2 kids. As we were having 3 huge luggages and 1 cabin luggage. Hence, we had alittle hard time trying to move around the room. Bath room was really too tiny as well.

No cups, caffinated coffee, sugar, teaspoons or milk in refreshments tray in room. Asked at desk, no milk available... In hotel that serves breakfast. Greasy hands prints on wall. Decor a lot older than advertised. Bathroom not that clean : soap scum and mildew allover the tiles.

Great location, rooms are too small”
The hotel is in the heart of London. Attractions like Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, London Eye etc are in walkable distance. The connectivity is great. There's a bus stop right next to the hotel. Victoria station is around 300 meters which connects to the rest of the city by tube (subway) and to Gatwick airport via Gatwick Express or Southern. Otherwise, the hotel is small, rooms are extremely small. There's hardly any space for two to comfortably walk around. The bathroom is smaller than a smallest elevator you could find. They serve breakfast, not many options, but just about fine to get started with your day. They serve it in the basement which is again extremely small and gets congested when guests get there for the breakfast. The staff are friendly. We were let to do a early check-in. The room wasn't completely ready though. The bathroom had to be cleaned before we could use it. Hotel location is nice. About 20 minutes to Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey. The hotel itself is cute from the outside and the lobby. The rooms need an update. My bed was slanted when I slept on it. The bathroom is extremely small, which is expected. However, there was nothing to try and prevent the water from the shower getting all over the rest of the bathroom. There needs to be some sort of lip to help contain the water otherwise everything gets soaked. Also, the maid did not switch the sheets on the day they were suppose to be changed. The free breakfast was a plus. And great restaurants in the area. But just be prepared for a messy bathroom and not the best sleeping arrangement!

Good for a stay in London”
The hotel is very close to Victoria station and therefore very central. The room was small but clean and cosy. Unfortunately the breakfast was a packed breakfast although there was a picture of a buffet when I booked the breakfast. But it was good and enough. All in all, I would definitely stay in this hotel again and recommend it to everyone.

Very good good staff but room and bathroom are even smaller than in the picture. Good location . Bus #24 in front of the hotel , directly to many london attractions. Room upstair have a very low water pressure.

This was a small hotel within walking distance of Victoria Station.The room was small but clean and staff were friendly and helpful.Its proximity to many tourist sites (Buckingham Palace can be reached by walking )and ease of travel by train or bus make this an ideal budget hotel.

Room was decent enough considering the cheap price. Comparing it to other hotels I've stayed at in London at this price range, I was not disappointed. The bathroom was in need of a renovation (tiles, paint, shower, shower head) and the exhaust fan did not work. The toilet also didn't flush so well. Staff were very kind and helpful. Other than the issues with the bathroom, I was happy with my stay.
