The staff was friendly and pleasant, but the accommodation was very lacking. Roach in bedroom, hallway and room rug old and stained; and room smelled of stale cigarettes. The bed was extremely soft. If we were staying longer, would have changed hotels. I'm sad to say I would not recommend the hotel to friends nor family.

Not so clean, staff are clueless, room was not equipped with hair dryer and missing a towel. Took 4 times to call to get any action. A bit far from the city of Miami. Only thing good is located in strip mall with grocery store with lots of quick food and sandwiches. Also restaurants in area. Let’s face it, USA hotels are what they use to be

Wir haben das Hotel nach einer späten Ankunft in Miami gebucht, um am nächsten Tag ohne Stadtverkehr in die everglades zu fahren. Dafür ist es super gelegen. Frühstück ist nicht gut, Styropor Teller und fast Food Charakter.

Gaangavstaand, naaja, laangt saadant paa 45 minuter till FIU.Allt behoevligt paa hotellet, trevlig personal; inget i oevrigt att oenska foer en vistelse om 4 naetter.
