The love location is amazing the staff as well but their are some maintenance issues like the ac was leaking but other than these the service and staff are wonderful I hope to see them improve because I would stay again

A perfectly located hotel with totally friendly and accommodating staff! My only quibble is I never managed to get the exquisitely located jacuzzis on tge second and third floors to heat up to a satisfactory level.

This gem of a hotel was an unexpected gem: spectacularly convenient location, wonderful facilities, including roof-top hang out and two jacuzzis with incredible views of Simpson Bay and surroundings, and most pleasing of all, very friendly staff. Indeed, I was so pleased I booked an additional 3 nights for my return in 3 weeks, instead of an overnight. I can’t wait.
