- the view (front sea view) - the food (alisios)
- lack of cleanliness (the shower had leftover hair from the last guests, there was a lot of dust around the house and stains on the kitchen table, dirty floors) - very deteriorated kitchen (broken shelves and broken faucet) and the toilet wasn’t stable at all. - we said that we would check out after lunch but while we were away the receptionist wanted to enter our apartment with a plumber; good thing we got to the apartment at about the same time, otherwise they'd get into the apartment with our things exposed while we were away and without our consent - while we were leaving with the luggage, the next guests were already trying to enter the apartment (there is no reception nor any organization at check-in).

Appaling Apartments”

The best thing about staying here was the amazing beach and view ⛱️ right in front of the restaurant because the apartments are on top of the restaurant The staff are lovely and the restaurant makes the best food we have tasted 😋 while being in cape verde on our self catering holiday 😀 the shops are only 10 minutes walk from the apartments They could do with opening fort earlier though 9.00- 17.00 instead of 12.00- 17.00 We would have loved to have had their breakfast 😍
Where do we start 🤔 This is mainly for whoever ownes the property Take these property's off the market until you've brought it up to a good standard 😯 I'm sorry to say but the apartment is a DUMP DUMP DUMP 😡 There was nothing nice about staying here, uncomfortable beds, mix matched bedding and towels, dangerous pots for cooking, two handle pot with one handle, the handle on pots got so hot I nearly burnt myself ( throw them out and get safer ones your guess can use . The decor is appalling,spaces where the picture has been taken off the wall and nothing put back A TV resting on a 3 drawer bedside cabinet That doesn't even work 😕 and reciever that plugs in across from each other and is a trip hazard and doesn't work Dirty French door windows, the French door to the balcony didn't even lock very unsafe The mosquito net on the door only closed when the door was open, when you closed the door it flew open 😒 Sleeps 4 but only a 3 seater sofa It's a good thing there were only 3 of us The bathroom had stains all around the floor in the shower and by the sink Very un appealing The whole week we were there the water kept going off every time we put the tap on, you got into the shower put the water on, it went off 😡 The staff said there was a problem with the water pump a part was missing and they had ordered one but it comes from abroad so theres a delay we had to go down stairs to the laundry room to click it on every time it went off, which was constant 30 - 40 times a day 😳 no exaggeration We should have been notified about this before we came and given the choice to change our booking to stay somewhere else Because this water problem has been going on a while And there were guest coming to stay there after we left Outside the building before you get round to where the beach is Is a mess and very dark at night, no outside lights that come on to light up the whole area when we go out There is only a light the you can put on in front of...

La situation sur la plage de sable blanc,sans rouleaux. La gentillesse du personnel,la qualité du restaurant. La grande terrasse face à la mer.
En fait ce n'est pas un hôtel,c'est une location d'appartement.pas de petits déjeuners. La climatisation était bruyante, la fenêtre d'une chambre ne s ouvrait pas. Appartement vieillissant.

L'emplacement en face de la mer est magnifique. La plage est parfait pour les enfants car il n'y a pas beaucoup des vagues. Après notre visite on considère qu'il a le meilleur emplacement des logements à sal Rei. De plus, le propriétaire est hyper sympa et il nous a aidé à organiser une excursion ainsi qu'à régler un problème avec la compagnie aérienne. Le restaurant en bas propose de très bons plats. Notre séjour à Alisios a été le meilleur au Cap Vert
