Rude receptionist ”
A good hotel but a little tired in places. Excellent food and beverage, great hot water supply. Woman on reception in the morning and early afternoon is a disgrace. She is rude and contemptuous to the guests. Gentlemen who replace her in the afternoon are very helpful. Management please take note...the red haired woman on reception is a terrible ambassador for your hotel and clearly hates her job and the guests who visit your hotel.

... but it was closed. However that was not in any way communicated so it was sort of a let down. Else, the room was clean, in a good location. Good breakfast. So all in all quite content.

Hôtel immense situé au centre de sfax, en face la medina, à deux pas de la gare de train, à vingt minutes à pied de la station de louage, et à 15 mn de la gare maritime pour prendre le ferry pour les îles kerkennah... bref localisation idéale ! Avec nombreux restaurants, bar, boutiques et transports. Ma chambre était située au 7ème étage, de bonne dimension, et bien équipée, clim, frigo, bouilloire, tv, bureau....etc, grande salle de bain, seule la moquette était tachée et le petit-déjeuner très cher, 30 dinars,environ 9 euros !
