Excellent Quality ”
Overall EXTREMELY HAPPY to find out this Residence (Hotel) excellent quality, price, clean and safe. Price it's affordable for so many things you get. A quite large room with large bed, big sofa, all inclusive kitchen (Fridge, microwave, cooking area, and MUST mention HOT 🔥 water on the Bathroom. Would recommend to everyone. Will come back here again any time I wil be in Manila. Not to mention about laundry facilities for (low money 💷). Then the swimming pool at the 7th floor it's STUNNING. Lovely 😍 😍 😍. I am happy to find this place.

Staycation during GCQ”
I love that somehow they're allowed to accommodate guests during GCQ. The place is clean and nice. Only downside of this is that the induction cooker is not working, we tried to use it but it's not getting any heat. We're not sure if it's damaged or if we're not just doing the right thing. Will appreciate if hosts will put instructions on how to use their induction cooker as some people are not used to it. Overall, We recommend this place. :)

Lobby screening of entering guests is very good. The studio unit I stayed is very nice. Microwave oven, hotpot, rice cooker and induction stove are available for use for home cooked meals. I did experienced how life is inside a condo unit. Thou shall not keep old stuffs because space is limited. Nice to have folding furniture or those convertible ones like the sofa they got...unfold it...it is a bed. Aircon is very cool. For entertainment, best to bring your own movies on a usb dongle...that is if you like local tv channels. Overall, I feel great after a night stayed.

Great place for staycation”
We stayed here during the inconsistent cq in Metro Manila and it was a great stay! Pwede magluto, overlooking din ang city skyline. Mabait din yung host kahit may time na di nya sinasagot tanong ko. May toiletries nga rin pala, pero yung ka size lang din ng mga nasa hotel.

Clean and cozy. They have parking but you have to request in advance. You can actually cook in the unit, which comes with a fridge, stove, microwave. Wifi access is good, there's TV, a 7-eleven, massage place and BDO downstairs. They have a pool but I didnt avail of it. Right beside it is the Gilmore station, walking distance to the mall, places to eat, and electronic stores. Value for the money, and the staff who attended to me were very accommodating.

Worth it”
Super happy with our stay. It was just me and my son. We liked the place. Wifi was fast, cable had enougj channels for me and my son to be occupoed. The sheets and towel were clean. So was the room. The only disadvantage for me is there is a lot of ipis especially at the cr, I have a one year old so I was keeping an eye the whole time coz he may pick it up. But overall it was great.

Worth the money”
We had a good stay in the hotel. It's super clean and they are utilities ready for most of our needs. Downside is that they have no internet connection, owner contacted the ISP but we still had no connection all throughout our stay. Good thing mobile connection is strong and we were still able to work while we stayed here.

Pwede magluto, magdala lang kayo panghugas ng plato. Malamig ang room. Bed plus may sofa bed, with netflix. We enjoyed our 4 days 3nights stay. ❤️
