This hotel is only for large tours”
The hotel is a chain for large groups of local tourists. Sleep was difficult as the rooms have 'box springs' without mattresses.The wall heater only turned on at 19:00 and would take several hours to make any difference in the overall temperature (the room was very cold in December). The toilet in our room leaked profusely, a towel was offered instead of a viable fix. No one spoke anything but Vietnamese which made any interaction painful.

A hotel for Vietnamese not high expectation wester”
It's really a conference centre for Vietnamese people and had bus loads coming and going for overnight stops and conference or training seasons. We were the only western tourists here and we had a few fumbles with no one in the office speaking much English which was fine for us. A funny quirk is there is no iron in the whole place. The room is enormous with enough room for about three extra roll out beds which were stacked I. The halls so I expect it accommodates large family groups cheaply. The neighbours had the TV loud one night we could hear it butithinktheyhad it very loud. Mostly it is quiet as anything and just fifty yards from the busy square, so for general quietness it's fantastic where I expect most hotels in the Main Street would be noisier. The breakfast is mainly an Asian breakfast with soup, noodles and congee and fruit. Internet good, shower went cold two times for a short time.. Might have been demand on this wing it was ok soon after. Overalls value for money and an oasis from the crows of sapa

Very disappointing”
We booked this hotel online, like all of our accommodation in Vietnam. It was the most expensive one we booked and by far the worst. One benefit was that when we arrived very early in the morning, they were happy to check us in. We went to our room and despite asking about heating, were only shown the electric blanket on the bed - there was a heater on the wall but it was not working and we were unable to ascertain from the staff what the problem was - it was particularly cold when we were there as it was the start of winter. We had a shower which as hot with good pressure which gave us time to fully review the room. The turning point for us, was the bed - it was incredibly uncomfortable and we could not imagine getting much sleep, as the springs were broken and pushing through the mattress. When we went to the front desk to raise our concerns, they offered us an upgrade and took us to look at another room, which was a family room. We also ended up rejecting this as we found it to be no better and after looking at a room in another nearby hotel which was much cheaper we decided we would move hotels and wear the cost as we had already paid for this. Note regarding the rating of food/dining and hotel features - in order to submit this review, we had to rate these, but as we did not experience them we have given them an average rating.

שהינו שלושה ימים בסאפא. המקום מדהים ביופיו העיר מקסימה ונחמדה ומומלץ לטרק מסביב בכפרים ובעמקים. המלון היה נחמד וזהו.

Địa điểm đẹp nhưng chất lượng khách sạn kém”
Xong cũng nhét đại gđ vào 1 phòng ko có cái gì ngoài giường ngủ và toilet ( Loại phòng Superior ? )mà trời thì lạnh thì ko biết ngủ thế nào. Cái gì cũng có nhưng đều đang hỏng. Tôi yêu cầu đổi phòng thì được chuyển vào 1 phòng khác rộng hơn nhưng mùi trong toilet bốc ra nồng nặc, ko có Internet, ko có tủ lạnh mà KS nói đầy đủ hơn phòng cũ. Ăn sáng thì rất đơn giản đến mức tối thiểu. Nói chung Công Đoàn chỉ được vị trí đẹp và rộng rãi, còn chất lượng phòng và phong cách phục vụ xuống cấp nhiều cần phải xem lại.
