At the time of check-in, the staff recommended us upgraded package for around 40£/1 night/1 person, with the upgrade of the room, with breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening canapes included in this! In total, i guess it was good, as we enjoyed this package very much!!! And the hotel is not very far to Soho, just around 20 minutes by walk… And it is very near to the metro!!!

Perfect location in London”
The Conrad is very well appointed. The beds are to die for and the size of the rooms is pretty considering what you can get in London. In addition you are 300m from Westminster Cathedral, 80m to the tube station (St James), a throw away from Buckingham Palace and the garden...the location is extremely quiet and convenient to radiate everywhere around London. It has become my regular stop when coming to London. Bonus: Direct on the district line to Paddington and the Express train to Heathrow...and one stop (or a walk) away from Victoria station. Highly recommend

A wonderful hotel in a perfect location”
We enjoyed a fabulous weekend stay at the Conrad St James. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are luxurious and well-appointed with a great bathroom. The breakfast buffet and food at the Blue Boar are both excellent. The location is perfect for easy access to the tube a great attractions in walking distance to Westminster and Buckingham Palace. Thank you Conrad St James for a wonderful stay we will definitely return for another visit.

Convenient (train), close to St James Park, ”
across the road from St James Station, nearby there's Starbucks, EAT, and many other small cafes for breakfast. If you run, Its 2 blocks away (5 mins walk) from St James Park that will link you up to 3 other beautiful parks (Green Park, Kensington Park, Hyde Park). You can rent a bicycle at 2 Pounds and explore the area. Love the rooms, was at Level 4 (recommend if you could take a room closer to the lift as some rooms are deeper inside and take some walking).

I enjoyed my stay at Conrad Hotel, London. The location was excellent, making easy for us to walk around, shopping or make day trips. The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast too. Wish there were in house restaurant for dinner too.

Last time I visited London was 15 years ago and I was wondering which hotel to choose this time. I chose this hotel because of its superb location and after 5 nights of stay I have to say this hotel is way beyond my expectation. Staffs were friendly and enthusiasm. Condition of hotel is fantastic and the room is definitely one of the best I've stayed. I won't hesitate to choose this hotel again when next time coming back to London.

Good location”
It's a pitty it does not have a swimming pool for a 5-star establishment. It is not fancy but manages well squeezing everything else in an old building. Metro station right across the street and within walking distance to the river. Staff performed well. The concierge we spoke with about getting transportation to the airport did not appear to be knowledgeable of the market situation. We did manage to find a few leads online and booked a ride for about half the price for a hotel's car. Breakfast room can get crowded and the staff get a bit flustered sometimes. Overall it was a positive experience staying at the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel in my trip. Hotel's staff were very kind and friendly. Room is clean and comfortable. I was able to spend this room with luxurious feeling. And a location was very good, and there was an underground station in front, and there was the bus stop near, too, and movement was convenient.

Friendly Staff and Great Location”
This is the hotel to stay if you are looking to hit all the touristy areas in walking distance. I was also thrilled my room was ready way before check in as I was exhausted and needed to rest. The only issue I had is there was no microwave. Thought I requested this, but oh well. Very nice hotel. Will book again.

We stay here for our honeymoon trip. Their staff relation team arranged excellent amenities for us with a surprise moment. They are so care about our need. As we need to leave hotel at 5am, the hotel arranged a breakfast box for us to take away. I will definitely stay here again.
