A good place downtown and a nearby food stall is what it gets you going for this stay. An overnight stay which help us recharge from the exhaustive day going to Tagbilaran from Cebu. Had also availed their Bohol Countryside Tour service which for us, is a good deal. (It's not my first time touring Bohol though), but once again, visiting sites are exciting comparing to what you saw before. A well recommended stay you are looking for.

WiFi is not good inside the room. You need to stay in the lobby in order to get a stronger signal. Before you will begin your stay with Constrell, make sure you have to read the house rules near to the door so that you will remind and not to get trouble. If you have "night life" itinerary, I would strongly suggest not to book this place because they will charge you per person if you stay longer than 10pm curfew. But over-all, the staffs are accommodating.

The personnel is unfriendly and unhelpful. The hotel is keeping dogs in cages in their garden which do not stop barking day and night, avoiding customers to sleep. The showers have cold water and worse, in some rooms there is not water at all (toilets and shower not working). But the worse is the personnel who doesn't care at all about customer requests, they tell you they will do something to help and instead of acting, the guys at the reception spends its day laughing with other employees. I strongly dis recommend this hotel..

What a suprised when I have to pays at the check out 200 pesos because of a little piece of blood on my bed but really a little one they charged me 200 pesos what is that ??? Shame on them don't go there they try to take your money for stupids reasons !

Clean and Affordable”
If you are on a budget, i would recomment Constrell. Our room was worth P800 and it already had a double bed, a large cabinet, a monobloc round table and 2 chairs, the room was clean and so was the bathroom. They were freshly painted. The hallways were also clean enough. We just wished that the reception of the tv was better and that we had a telephone inside the room so that we didnt have to go down to order room service. There is also a laundry shop right across Constrell incase you need some clothes to be washed. The location was a few meters away from the highway though, and you wont easily find a store or resto nearby. You will have to take the tricycle to get to the downtown area. But as a whole, i am quite satisfied with my short stay.

Budget accomodation near the airport”
Although Constrell is near the airport, access to transportation may not be as easy. I did not encounter problems with getting a ride (tricycle) during my stay but I was told there are certain times when tricycles are hard to come by. Overall, Constrell would be highly recommended for travelers on a budget. Ground floor rooms do not get reception.
