Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Lage zum Flughafen sehr günstig. Wir bewohnten ein großzügiges Zimmer mit Blick zum Meer und Pool mit Balkon. Man kann den Sonnenaufgang vom Bett aus genießen.

海から近く、ホテルの庭園からそのまま海岸沿いの遊歩道に入れます。海を眺めながら南国の歩いて30分ほどで、あやまる岬です。 空港からも近く便利な場所です。

部屋広々、ネットワークは残念”
ワーケーションで滞在しました。 部屋は古さはあるものの清掃が行き届き快適でした。 レストランの鶏飯は出汁がきいていて、優しい味わい。沁み入りました。 一点だけ残念なのは、電波が悪いところ。仕事に支障が出てしまいました。Wi-Fiもロビーのみ。ぜひ改善を。

ペットOKということで予約しました。それはとてもよかったのですが、チェックアウト時に別途２泊で４０００円とられました。AGODAで予約の際にぺっとOKということで支払ったはずなのですが。そこが残念でした。

朝ごはんはあまり美味しいとは言えず、 フロントのスタッフも何度も呼び出しのベルを押さないと出てこない。部屋に虫が沢山いてビックリ‼️ ちょっと無いかなと思いました。

小さな蟻？のような虫が部屋のあちこちにいました。 場所柄、仕方がないのかもしれませんが…。 部屋に入ってすぐに殺虫剤が置いてあったのは、そういう理由なのかなと思いながら過ごしました。

シャワーヘッドが割れており飛び散る状態、部屋の時計もずれたまま、乾燥機を使用したら衣類がぼろぼろに❗ 朝食時に配膳の男性スタッフが入り口正面でタバコを吸っている‼️ ほんの少しアフターフォローがあっても良さそうなものです。

貴社サイトを経由し、「大人1名」で予約せていただきましたが、現地では「大人2名」という情報で予約されていることが判明。食事も2名分出てきました。ホテルスタッフ曰く、「宿泊料金も2名分で請求されている可能性があります」と。一体どうなっているんですか？Agodaさんの失策？それともホテル側に認識の間違い？なお、この件でagodaさんに何度も連絡を試みましたが、繋がりませんでした。

部屋もスタッフもバリアフリー”
足が悪く車椅子利用で行きました。 更に今は腕を骨折していたので家族で別の列部屋を予約していたけれどバリアフリーの部屋に一部屋は変えてくださり、事前に予約していたもう一つの部屋はそのままにしてどちらを使っても良いですよ！ と対応してくださりました。 何時もは家族でも寝る時間も生活スタイルも違うので別の部屋をとりますが、今回は腕の骨折なので何かと頼みたいことがあったので広いバリアフリーの部屋にしてくださり助かりました。 HOTELによってはバリアフリールームは追加料金かかかるのですが、こちらのホテルは追加料金無しで変えてくださりました。 部屋からの海やプールの景色もよくリフレッシュできました。 行って良かったです！
