Not the best place to stay at…”

Location is great but booked a room that said was for (3) with only 1 queen bed. (Pic) showed additional sofa. The TV was Broken and room smelled of mildew/moisture. Made reservation and pre-paid with a credit card and was charged at site to another one because I didn’t carry original card with me. Now have to wait on credit to be issued. Staff will not take responsibility. Simply tell you to call manager next day. Had to leave w/o knowing if my $$ would be returned.
