      The food is ok, the location is very quiet, and the staff is friendly and warm but compared to another hotels in the same area I won&#39;t prefer it.
      swimming pool, the beach, I couldn&#39;t walk on the beach because the sand is not really sand it&#39;s hard small rocks.

      - awesome reef for snorkeling and diving - nice sea view, calm area and sandy beach - comfortable beds and clean rooms - tasty traditional oriental dinner (2x&#47;week) - quick response to my email requests
      - Booking.com didn’t specify total price after Taxes in the confirmation and receptionists didn’t speak well English - annoying sellers&#47;waiters and boring entertainment program (from 10 years ago) - food was almost every day the same and sometimes even inedible (raw, underdone, over-salted, fake) - TV had only few watchable channels - no specific swimming instruction (tourists don’t know they aren’t allowed to swim in marked places)

      They didn&#39;t mentioned the full price until I reached the hotel. The Total price appeared on Booking.com was 27% less. They tried to convince me that it is booking.com mistake however I contacted booking who confirmed that the accommodation is responsible for stating the price and its details. I am sure it is the hotel because I had never experienced this before with booking.com despite using it al least 100 times and also because the reservation manager said that I am not the first one to complain from this issue. Moreover, the food was extremely disgusting The management were not professional at all. For example, the reservation manager used a racist word &quot;Booking.com became bad because they started to hire Egyptians in its management&quot;

      The location is in Safaga, it is secluded and very quiet. The food is great and the staff is very friendly and polite. If you want a quiet, restful, and friendly atmosphere, I will recommend this resort
      There is no wifi in the rooms, and you have to pay to use the wifi. Also, there is no ATM :(

      If you&#39;re looking for a relaxing environment, this is the place for you.”

      First of all, the coral reef and sea life are absolutely stunning, which makes for some excellent snorkeling and diving. The staff are very kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. The fact that the hotel isn&#39;t very big just adds to the relaxing atmosphere and it&#39;s located only a few steps from the beach. What more could you ask for?

      I like in this hotel all: kindly stuff, amazing sea, big rooms, normal food., sand beach and good entrance to the sea. All day works animations group and in the evening you can have a good show with disco.This hotel have everything for enjoy your holiday.
